Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! This is my second time using Aventura Chrysler jeep services for my vehicle. The first time I visited there I walked into the lobby and all the agent This is my second time using Aventura Chrysler jeep services for my vehicle. The first time I visited there I walked into the lobby and all the agent at there desk looked up at me then put there heads back down. I Stood there for a few seconds in shock that no one acknowledgement me, then I finally walked over to one of the agents desk and said hello, can please get some help. The agent David said what can i do for you? never taking his eyes off his computer, I paused to get his full attention when I didn't respond to him he then looked up at me. I then said im here to get an oil change. which he was very rude and snappy with me. we walked out side to take a look at my car David then made a nasty remark to me, " you don't Just want to buy a new car". I said no i can't afford a new car right now. It was very offensive to me. when i came back later to pick my car up the cashier was obnoxious with the worst attitude. I felt at that point that everyone here must be bad day so i let it go. I went in again today and it was even worst when I came to pick up my car the cashier didn't have my service order, she looked in the box and didn't see it i guess then she just sat there i waited a 14 minutes then said to her how much longer is this going to be she said to me i don't have your paper work. I then told her my rep called and told me the car will be ready in 30 minutes and i waited an hour before I came over. She then said i don't have t here, i the said ok i have to get back to work can you please call someone or find out something she sat there a couple more minutes doing nothing i then started to get frustrated with her lack of urgency and she finally got up and said i will go on his desk ad look for the key. She then walked back and asked me what kind of car do I have. She then left again and came back with the wrong key. I asked for the manager she says there's no manager he already left, but she can get me the shop manager Artt, he never came. the cashier then came back and said if i don't mind waiting 10 to 15 minuets for them to finish up. I told her they will have to drop it off to me because i have to go back to work which is not too far away. she then walked away again ad came back with the service order I paid $589 to have my breaks changed. I then asked the cashier for a number for the general manager there she then tells me she has no number for the manager. and the car will be on the side, i went out to the side of the dealership and waited a good five minutes no one came with my car. so at this point im angry and even more frustrated so i walked into the service area where they were hanging around talking and laughing. I walked over and told them to give me my keys so I can leave. the shop manager Artt came over and gave me my keys... overall this is the worst worst experience anywhere before and i would not spend another dime of my money there. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Do not buy a car from here! I bought my dream car from this dealership a few months ago brand-new. so far I have been stolen from, mistreated, m Do not buy a car from here! I bought my dream car from this dealership a few months ago brand-new. so far I have been stolen from, mistreated, mislead, ignored and lied to, told that the reason the metal part on my brand-new seat in my brand-new car was rusted after only a few days of taking it from the show room floor was because I live in Miami. I have gone back five times and still have not received everything that was meant to have come with the car. Two tanks of gas wasted, over 20 hours of my life wasted waiting for things to be replaced and things that were meant to come with the car given to me but never were and still haven't been. Told I have to come back again... months later and a few more trips I still have nothing fixed or given to me. I'm not over exaggerating here but I have called the GM about 15 Times, all in which I have left multiple messages and my return number - I have still not been called back. The customer service is absolutely disgusting and that's an understatement! I 100% regret ever stepping foot into this thieving, lying so called dealership! More
