I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from a salesman by the name of Bruno. He goes by another name I cannot pronounce, but when I called to speak to him, they called him Bruno. The beginning was great, he was very friendly and accommodating. I was selling my 2018 Jeep Wrangler to an outside agency, but after working with Bruno and getting ready for my new purchase....I decided it would be better for me to just sell them my Jeep rather than going through the hassle of an outside company (Who would've actually paid me a little more), but it seemed easier to just deal with everything at the dealer instead of two separate entities. Fast forward to the purchase...everything went as discussed, I bought the new Jeep...they purchased my old. I even made a few dollars as well. Bruno advised me it would be 2 weeks, 3 tops to receive my check. They were paying off my loan on the old Jeep, and sending me a check as well (actually advised me to come in and pick up to avoid it getting lost and having to reissue one. ) When I found out the time frame, I decided to use my credit card to put the down payment on the new Jeep ($3500) so I can get cash back on the CC. I did have the option of taking it out of my positive equity check I was getting, but was assured and PROMISED from Bruno I'd have the check in that time frame. I was worried that the billing cycle would hit before the payment was due, and without that check I wouldn't have enough to pay off my CC....hence get hit with interest fees. Bruno kept promising me no worries, and I trusted him. After I signed all the papers, Bruno was in the new Jeep with me hooking up the uconnect device. He made sure I gave him a good review while he was with me, and if course I did. I thought was a little weird, but he seemed nice and honest so I just abided. during the 2-3 weeks (still waiting for the check), I received several phone calls from Bruno asking me to give him a good dealer experience review ( i had received an email). he called me several times asking me if I did it and if I can give him all 10s. I did! I felt pressured and obligated. I gave him the highest rating, and even with the questions about him showing me the vehicles accommodations (which by the way he showed me nothing), I said he explained everything to me. i know it was incorrect, but again he made me feel pressured and obligated to. Used his daughter as a ploy saying him getting a bonus will allow him to get her a good Christmas gift during that time. He also mentioned he was divorced, so he really new how to pull my heart strings using his daughter. As we approach the promised time frame for my check, I have gotten nothing but the run around. He tells me now (after the fact) that they have to wait for the title on my old Jeep before they can issue my check. I understand that now...but my issue with this is why I was told something different? Why couldn't he have been transparent with me from the get go....it's not like I couldn't have used the positive equity to put the down payment on my new Jeep, and they take it out of my check (which by the way I was going to do at first) It's not like he had to lie to get the sale, I just wanted to use my CC to get the cash back and was promised by Bruno I'd have the check in time to pay my CC bill. When asking Bruno why he didn't tell me this and promised me that, he said it's not something they mention. I am extremely upset because I don't have the money now for my CC. I've asked several times for a mgr. to call me, but have not received a call in over a week I am very unhappy and feel lied to. Be wary who you speak to and deal with at this dealership, because they are the epitome of a used car salesman - even though they sold me a new car! Very dissatisfied customer...will not ever recommend them to even my worst enemy! More
BEWARE! Another dealer who just lies! Called to ask if the have Challenger available that was prices at $54k on their website. They told me yes it’s available, when I took day off from to go see it, I fou the have Challenger available that was prices at $54k on their website. Would not recommend this dealer cuz they going to waste you time and tax you as much as they can! More

Don’t go there. A form of bait and switch they just give you one price on line then after over an hours drive they say oh no that’s $5000 over sticker. You think of a car salesman and the image of a fast-talking, scheming guy that just wants to take you for a ride and sell you what you don't want comes to mind....well, I sure had that impression fast-talking, scheming guy that just wants to take you for a ride and sell you what you don't want comes to mind....well, I sure had that impression until I came here. This place wanted me to leave with a sense of having made a great decision and chosen the right car at the right price. Even as it took some back and forth and a couple of days, this car salesman really exceeded my expectations. Mr. Justin Montoya and his Manager really went the extra 5 miles to make sure I drove out of the lot with a smile on my face and the feeling I have found the dealership where I will return again and again and recommend to everyone I know that is thinking about buying a new car. More

For the past four days I have attempted to contact this business just to find out the status of a check they owe me with no success. My experience was positive when I purchased the vehicle, but now it see business just to find out the status of a check they owe me with no success. My experience was positive when I purchased the vehicle, but now it seems this business does not wish to maintain customer relations. As I gave them positive reviews for the purchase experience, now I know that customers are just thrown away. I will not be a repeat customer here. More
