Used car GM was extremely rude. I left the dealership after the unprofessional contact and 2 hours of waiting. After leaving, a number of employees called to apologize for the behavior and tried to push a deal across the line. I agreed to purchase the car remotely to avoid dealership contact based on my experience. When the vehicle was delivered to me, I was only brought one key. I have been told for over a month I would have a second key. Now, the associate I worked with is refusing to return my calls. I will be leaving a review online and contacting the better business bureau. Absolute worst experience I’ve had with a dealership. More
