But she speaks Spanish and responded to his insult. Another time I found my oil drain plug leaking oil on my driveway just after an oil change here. The plug wasn't even hand tight! Geez! Another time, I asked for my tires to be rotated before a long important road trip. They didn't do it and said they couldn't find the wheel lock. It was in the glove box! And they should have called me to ask where it was. I asked a manager where most customers keep their wheel lock, he said glove box, I said me too. Another time, they could not diagnose an engine light on the dash. But a regular auto repair shop in Melbourne did in one day and changed my TIPM. I've purchased 4 brand new dodges myself or took a friend. I've bought 3 used. I'm burnt out on the dodge brand and will probably go Ford now. I will definitely never return to this dealership. More

Came for warranty repair but ended up paying for it over 2k ( but its OK, Chrysler games. What was not OK at all then I received my car back, carpet in a trunk was damaged by RATS! Camilo, service manager, told me I'm the first one with this issue and saying sorry was the only he can do for me. Where to begin, after my initial review last month of my experience at Aventura jeep which I was then called by the dealer to please take down my review. So back in September I took my 2018 Gran Cherokee to experience at Aventura jeep which I was then called by the dealer to please take down my review. So back in September I took my 2018 Gran Cherokee to Aventura Jeep since my lease was coming to an end and I had some residual value so it seemed like a good idea to trade it in. Well the finance guy that helped told me that it would be to my benefit to trade it in because it was already too late for me to buy my lease which I later found out through Chrysler Capital that his statement was false. I could have financed my car at any point prior to the end my lease is term. So the finance guy lied. The we came to an agreement that we would leave my payment on a new RAM at $464 with all my maintenance included, they would cover my last payment on my Gran Cherokee, and I get $2k back in my pocket. The sales guy (Ahmed) asked me to sign the paper with that information and a done deal. Well, it took them forever to send the last payment for my Gran Cherokee and it’s almost been 2 months and I still havent seen the $2k. I called Chrysler Capital and they know nothing about it. I’ve called the dealer repeatedly but everyone in the finance dept is too busy to speak with me. Funny how when they want you to make a deal, everyone is a finance manager. There’s no one around when you need them. I wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone. I actually recommended a close friend which leases every 6 months and the guy that helped me never even returned his call. He ended up getting an amazing deal on a Rubicon at Arrigo. I’ve leased and bought at Aventura Jeep about 4 cars, this one being my last. I will never return for a car or truck to this dealer. The proper term in all this is DEFRAUDED! That’s what I feel.
