I bought a brand new Jeep in this dealer, it was paid with a check. For my surprise, after leaving the dealer I found a broken piece on one A/C vent, later on I noticed that wheel locks were missing, eve with a check. For my surprise, after leaving the dealer I found a broken piece on one A/C vent, later on I noticed that wheel locks were missing, even when they were included in the package I bought. But my main complaint is that even when I asked multiple times not to inquire my credit, and they confirmed multiple times that they will not do it, they lied to me and they did it. I had the cash to pay the car, and I paid in cash to avoid a credit inquire in my credit history. I strongly do not recommed this dealership to a anyone looking for a serious and professional customer service. More
