Its obvious because car spend a MONTH! at the shop which definitely has issues with rats, especially with open window and hood . Camilo, service manager, told me I'm the first one with this issue and saying sorry was the only he can do for me. Service is horrible sold me a car that wasn’t fully inspected and when I went back to speak to someone they gave me the run around coolant light keep coming on and they told me I had to wait two weeks inspected and when I went back to speak to someone they gave me the run around coolant light keep coming on and they told me I had to wait two weeks to three weeks I ask to speak to a general manager and I’m still waiting to speak to one and they had an attitude after I just put 13,000 dollars down there should not be lights on my dashboard and if there is it should be fixed right away that got my Money then it was whatever after that!!!! Where to begin, after my initial review last month of my experience at Aventura jeep which I was then called by the dealer to please take down my review. So back in September I took my 2018 Gran Cherokee to experience at Aventura jeep which I was then called by the dealer to please take down my review. So back in September I took my 2018 Gran Cherokee to Aventura Jeep since my lease was coming to an end and I had some residual value so it seemed like a good idea to trade it in. Well the finance guy that helped told me that it would be to my benefit to trade it in because it was already too late for me to buy my lease which I later found out through Chrysler Capital that his statement was false. I could have financed my car at any point prior to the end my lease is term. So the finance guy lied. The we came to an agreement that we would leave my payment on a new RAM at $464 with all my maintenance included, they would cover my last payment on my Gran Cherokee, and I get $2k back in my pocket. The sales guy (Ahmed) asked me to sign the paper with that information and a done deal. Well, it took them forever to send the last payment for my Gran Cherokee and it’s almost been 2 months and I still havent seen the $2k. I called Chrysler Capital and they know nothing about it. I’ve called the dealer repeatedly but everyone in the finance dept is too busy to speak with me. Funny how when they want you to make a deal, everyone is a finance manager. There’s no one around when you need them. I wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone. I actually recommended a close friend which leases every 6 months and the guy that helped me never even returned his call. He ended up getting an amazing deal on a Rubicon at Arrigo. I’ve leased and bought at Aventura Jeep about 4 cars, this one being my last. I will never return for a car or truck to this dealer. The proper term in all this is DEFRAUDED! That’s what I feel. I feel defrauded. More

We made a service appointment for an oil change and had to wait over two hours (it probably would have been longer had I not complained as the paperwork they gave us said it was guaranteed to be finished i to wait over two hours (it probably would have been longer had I not complained as the paperwork they gave us said it was guaranteed to be finished in four and a half hours). When I questioned the person checking us out as to why it took so long when we had made an appointment he said “the appointment is just to start the paperwork , not to start the service”????? More
