Dealership doesn't view the selling process from their customer's perspective. They just want to sell a car. They don't worry about whether they satisfied their customer or if the customer will return for customer's perspective. They just want to sell a car. I will not return and suggest other people chose a different dealership....you have many choices! More

For a second time we bought our vehicle from this dealership only to be disappointed again. First, they are extremely nice until you buy from them and after you can’t get anyone to help you. Never return calls or emails and when you go in person no one can help you, always an excuse. After choosing the truck we wanted we went to finalize the contract the following day and to pick up the vehicle… they brought out a different truck, cheaper with less options from the one we wanted, hoping we wouldn’t realize the switch. When we did recognize that this was not the truck on our contact they said it was a mistake. Then we weren’t sure of the exact payoff so we paid a few hundred dollars more to the dealership and we were told that they will send the full amount to the bank..wrong again. They paid off the car down to the penny and kept the difference. We haven’t received our money for over 2 months despite all the promises from Miguel (sales) and Paul (finance) I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone unless you want to deal with bunch if issues after the purchase. Was not done, the advisor wanted to sell me 4 tires. - I am wandering if the rest of the issues were resolved and properly done by the mechanic at Aventura Chrysler????? - Aventura Chrysler did charge me for tire rotation, which I doubt was done . - The service at this Car dealer ship is dreadful, !!!!!
