the two times I have gone to service my car never! There is never anyone who welcomes you when you arrive or who attends to us as in other places (Nissan,) where it provokes to go to serve you every month w is never anyone who welcomes you when you arrive or who attends to us as in other places (Nissan,) where it provokes to go to serve you every month with good attention and good waiting room, really 35 minutes to be attended? And because I had to ask several people if they could attend me, then they tell me that 4 hours to wait for my car, for a service? really? They told me that they sent it to be washed, my car came out all wet, flooded with water and everything out of shape (a / c, radio, seat), do the employees rest in our cars? I have photos and videos of everything I have said here, I hope I can send them to you through google, yelp, or any application where I can evaluate the again terrible service, I really prefer to travel many more miles and be better served, even living in the same area . I totally regret buying the package with you, even buying the make and model of the vehicle. More

Got there at 8am it was 11:30pm they haven't even checked my truck for a simple oil change.
