My Name Is Larry Colquitt Mr.l.c.305@gmail.com My Diagnosed Dodge Ram 4 Doors Cab 2012 Was Initially Diagnosed With Feul Issues 2 & A Half Months ago. During That Period I Have Been To This Dealer 3 times. Feul Issue Diagnosed twice (Standard & A Deeper Diagnose) My 1st Vist. I Was Told My Vehicle Had Feul Rod Issues That Was Then Replaced/Installed. A 90 Day Recommendation/Warranty Was Advised. Fast Forward 1 month Or So Later, My Car Had A Power Steering Leak Which Was Fix & Paid For. Upon Getting it Out, The Very Same Day After Arriving At My Job, My Car Would Not Start Up. It Was Then Towed Back To This Dealer & Later Explained To Me Feul Issues Exist Once Again. The Service Manager (Who Was Very Rude & Impatient) Told Me I Have To Authorize Another Feul Check & The Because The Feul Check Up/Repair Job Before Was Not A Mechanical Job. However The Work Sheet Does Indicates A Mechanical Job Was Indeed Preformed; "INSTALLED"! Im Continuely Having Feul Issues When I Get My Vehicle Out Of This Dealer. 90 Warranty Is Not Being "Respected" And I Believe Im Being Excessively Charged/Bogus Services Which Only Concealed The Main Issue Which Either This Dealer Can't Identify &/Or Mistakenly Identify During These Multiple Diagnoses/ Repairs..

Please review camera footage of me getting kicked out of the dealership. “Take your key, take your debit card, those are your property, leave this is a place of business, it’s already done, we can put the loan wherever we want” Please understand I was a pre approved buyer whom only wanted Bank of America and now I’m obligated to this Ally bank and will now have to refinance this at a higher rate because they fully DID NOT USE MY PREFERRED LENDER I already had an inquiry that could be modified yet they deliberately shopped my loan. The upcharged invoice included things I didn’t want and they mislead you to say “it comes with the car” This is fraud. Understand I will contact ally and inform them of this fraudulent obligation. Understand I will contact the attorney general to report. They will investigate. Understand I will report the complaint to the DMV whom oversees the dealers license of the business. I will make a complaint to the DBPR about Aventura CJD LLC. This should have never happened to me. I don’t want any other ppl to go though this.
