Bad experience. Website sale price listed at 45K vrs 49 MSPR. Went to store and they told me Chrysler controls website, they are selling for MSPR because of vehicle shortage. I argued "why mislead people and price gouge. End of day its a left over 2021". their response was other people are doing it why shouldn't we. Went home, got on phone, talked to sales agent. Told them if they sell at the sale price I will buy. They even said "hold on, let me confirm with sales manager" and they called me back after and said no problem. I said, make sure its the price because I'm getting a cashier check in your name. Got cashier check and to dealer. Filled out credit app, and approved. They came back with MSPR price of 49. Like why would you have to confirm with a sales manager the Retail price at max? Shady. I argued and settled for inbetween price of 47K on a year old car. And another bad point is I am still waiting for my license plate and registration. My temp tags expire on Sunday. Meaning in 2 days it will be a month. Negative review because of misleading me. and the extra stress of getting my license plate and registration. Have 3 kids under 3 to transport. In two days my tags expire. No sense of urgency on their part. They just told me tags will be ready when they are and they will call. I get the market, but do not advertise on a website a price, tell you the price is okay, get you in and get you to fill out a credit app which affects your credit, only to tell you they are selling at full retail price. Make sure you confirm your price before you do any paper work and have it in writing. The entire philosophy of we are the customer does not exist here. Its "about their dealership". Worst car buying experience I have ever had in any dealership. Needed the car, had to buy. But would never do so again. I will leave one positive word. Insurance person onsite was a great set up. That was convenient and helpful. Person who did my paperwork was helpful as well. The online sales people are just robots to get you hooked and in the shop. And will not say they ever agreed to anything you did on the phone. They are full of BS. More

Absolute crooks and they don’t stand by their word. Offered me an agreed value for my trade, then reduced it by $5000 in the finance office. Brought my 2021 Grand Cherokee with 5,500 miles to the dealer early on a Monday morning, but it wasn't looked at until the following Thursday (9 business days). Says he has good news and the issue, a rattle under the dashboard, has been fixed. I pick up the car and it was exactly the same. I find Camilo Ocampo the manager and he explained that when they inspected the vehicle they found a loose heat plate, which they tightened, but that was not the problem. He said some cars simply have a rattle that cannot be fixed. This is a new car and in my view that is an unacceptable answer. Especially when the service advisor called me and told me the issue had been fixed. I guess they were hoping I would simply drive away and never show up again. I have take up my issue with FCA directly. In separate visits (I've had 3 warranty issues on this new car) it's been disorganized to get my car back and to get a ride home (e.g. Lyft system was down, no rentals available). I now understand why dealer experience ratings are so low for Jeep vehicles. More
