Wonderful I went in to test drive a TLX and surprised myself by signing a deal. Everyone I encountered was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the car, was patient with my many questions and ensured I was satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend John and this dealership. Our negative about this purchase was not with Bill, but with the sales manager. When we signed the obligatory sheets such as the "Lemon Law" notice, a "Nitrogen Protection Product Guarantee" sheet was included for signature as well. Since we signed the order, we felt that we had no recourse, although we were not told this added $129 'guarantee' was OPTIONAL! More

It was because they offered me a value unmatched by any other dealer in the NJ/PA area and there are at least 10-12 Subaru dealers closer to my home (and this is an Acura dealer). I like to try different makes of cars and will now seriously consider Acura for my next purchase. More
