He was very professional, answered all my questions and spent a lot of time showing me all the technological features of my new ACURA TLX. I would highly recommend contacting Michael for your next ACURA purchase. The one thing I was not thrilled about was their document fees of clerical $375 and delivery $124 equaling $500 and their policy of filling the tires with nitrogen for $129. I think $500 is excessive especially when all the processing is handled in 15 minutes onsite, no one has to drive and deliver from DMV. More

The only positive is I knew where to go and who to go to for help. I called Steve and told him what happened and would like the same exact car. He said they did not have any in stock but he would see what he could do. He called within an hour to say he located one and do I want to proceed with the purchase. I said yes and he said he would pick up the car the next day and have it ready by the afternoon. He knew how uncomfortable I was in driving the rental. He picked me up at my home and brought me to the dealership to get the new car. Even though it was the same car he went over everything just to make sure I understood. He introduced me to the service mangers. Also a very pleasant experience working with Michael Fazio o the financing. More
