great experience I originally went to the dealership on Tuesday at lunch time to have the tire checked on my 2014 RDX. The service staff was very friendly and efficient. While waiting I checked out the newer models. I met Steve who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressure, which has been my experience in the past .Steve was very friendly and patient with me explaining the features. I ask him to run some numbers and get back to me, I returned that evening to test drive the car. They did not have the color I would be interested in so Steve located one for me. Needless to say I bought a new 2019 and it was the best experience purchasing a car I have ever had. From the service department to sales the process was efficient and simple. I don't remember the service personnel's name but the fact that they were so efficient and friendly actually made the experience one in which prompted me to buy from this dealer. More
