Bait and switch I was looking for a lease price on an MDX. Megan Pakenham sent me a quote that seemed great but it did not include taxes and first month. I said we wo I was looking for a lease price on an MDX. Megan Pakenham sent me a quote that seemed great but it did not include taxes and first month. I said we would be good if it did. I spend about an hour emailing back and forth, each time she tried to get a deposit of out me saying "if I can do that price, would you put down a deposit?" I kept asking to confirm the price, she kept saying give me a deposit. I said that I would give a deposit but I need to see the car first and that I could come in 2 days. I said "this better not be a bait and switch if I am going to travel to you." She then responded with a price $85 more a month than was discussed. This is why people hate car dealerships. More

He listened to my needs and found the right truck for me. Additionally, he explained how to use the different cell phone features with Bluetooth which was highly important to me. He even offered to drive me to a prior leasing office 25 miles away. Who offers that type of service? Steve went above and beyond for me. His honesty and integrity were evident from the start. More
