I found a car I liked at this dealership and when I was close to buying it I told Michelle, the salesperson, that the floor mats were missing and I was told that they would find mats for me even if they ha close to buying it I told Michelle, the salesperson, that the floor mats were missing and I was told that they would find mats for me even if they had to pull them from another car. I did not worry about it because there were at least two other cars there like the one that I was interested in. On 4-6-2011, I put a deposit down to reserve the car and went to a dealership to get the car checked out. I spent a good part of my day getting recall issues fixed even though I had not committed to buying the car. There were issue with the car that were legitimate and they were very resistant to reducing the cost to get the car fixed. They did meet me half way but that was it. I mentioned the floor mats again tot he sales person and she assured me that I would have floor mats for that car. I went to go buy the car after we had agreed to a final price, they slipped in a $100 paperwork fee and I felt that my only option was to walk away or accept the fee. I told Mike, the finance manager, that I was never told about this fee. He said he was sorry but that was it. Against my best judgement, I bought the car. As I was leaving, I called the salesperson out and asked for the mats again, and she came out with three floor mats and told me that the driver's side floor mat was so bad that they threw it away. I expressed my disappointment but they made it obvious that the deal was done and they were done with me. I took my family to dinner and was so mad that I called Mike and explained that I should feel good about my purchase but did not because of the way I was treated and that I still did not have floor mats. Mike told me that I should not worry and that he would find me floor mats. Some weeks past and the dealership called me to tell me that my plates were in. I called back and asked for Mike and told him that I was going to be coming by and that I would like to get the floor mats. He said no problem and that he appreciated the reminder because he forgot about the mats. I got busy and a couple of weeks passed and so I finally came by to pick up my plates. I asked for Mike and reminded him of the mats and his reply was, "sorry man, I don't have them. We will have to wait until I get another car like that." His response made it pretty obvious that I was out of luck. We have had lots of rain and I have been watching the carper get worse and worse. I finally went on Ebay and bought a set of all-weather floor mats to fit the car. Now that I am finally submitting this complaint, I can see that many other people have had similar issues and that this dealership's rating is an "F" so I am not surprised based on my experience. Even if they remain as unresponsive as they have been to date, at least I have put this one on record. I wish I would have looked here first. I would not have done business with this dealership. I am hoping that they will consider resolving the floor mat issue at least and hopefully the "paperwork" fee. ( More

Talked with Mike by phone to confirm that the Infinity G37 I was interested in was still available. He said it was and I paid a deposit to reserve it. I live 3 hours away and wanted to confirm that it was in excellent condition (even the tire tread)......he assured me it was. Make the trip down, take the car for a test drive and the dashboard warning lights are lit up like a Christmas tree and the driver's side tires are almost bald !!! After many hours with their mechanic, they tell me several sensors, the battery and brakes are replaced. Long story short, I end up buying the car and make the 3 hour trip back home. Take the car to my mechanic to have the tires replaced (car barely made it....battery was completely dead and had never been replaced !!!) Within 2 minutes he tells me the car had been involved in an accident. Passenger side rear quarter panel has been repaired with Bondo, sanded down and repainted (paint overspray easily seen on both mufflers. Called Mike to ask why it had not been disclosed and of course, he played dumb. These are car guys.....they can spot previous damage from a mile away. NO WAY IN xxxx that they did not know about this. Anyway, I asked nicely if I could return the car since the previous accident was not disclosed. He simply said "No". These are snake oil salesmen and will lie to your face. STAY AWAY !!!!! More

I PUCHASED A 2005 BMW 330CI SERIES.I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING AT A GOOD PRICE. WHEN THE VEHICLE ARRIVED NO SPARE CALLED MIKE AND SAID HE WILL SEND ONE NOT. I bought a ’10 XF and Mike sold me into buying the aftermarket warranty as well. We discussed it and the words out of his mouth were “it’s a bumper-to-bumper” warranty that will cover everything. I asked about rental cars and towing, and he confirmed they covered that as well. After having it for 3 days, my water pump went out while I was returned to work from my lunch break. I had to have it towed from my work’s parking lot, which was pretty embarrassing with all my colleagues seeing it out the window of their offices and brought to a dealership to have it repaired. Overall, with the replacement of the water pump and some hoses, the total repair cost was $1,800 plus an additional $300 for the tow and rental car. The QWC Warranty company only covered $400 of it. They quoted the repair times in a book, which they said was only 2 hours and would only pay $35 an hour for the service work. What garage charges only $35 an hour by the way? They would not pay for all the materials involved and did not pay for the tow service or rental car. The fine lines in the contract is that the actual repair time had to be more than 8 hours to qualify for a rental reimbursement, which was not brought up or mentioned by Mike. He sells these policies every day, so he knows all the ins and outs on what they do and don’t do. To summarize the rest of my repairs, here is what else happened all within just a month of owning the car: The driver side mirror fell out of the housing, my right front blank fuse box had to be replaced, I had to get the front brakes down, the solenoid in my fuel release department burnt out (I had to rip open the fuel lid to put gas in the car prior to running out) and my tire press sensors are acting up. Overall, total repair costs to date including rentals and towing is little over $3,500 and the warranty company only covered $400. I put in my request to cancel the policy and bought a true bumper-to-bumper warranty this weekend from AutoBahn to protect me from what appears to be a problematic car that is bleeding me money from the head. Overall, it was a very stressful and disappointing experience. This by far has been the worst purchasing and customer service experience I have ever had. I also filed a BBB and a consumer complain which I don’t expect them to answer, but I still highly recommend everyone who has had a bad experience with this outfit to file complaints and post your reviews. I certainly wished I would have reviewed BBB and other consumer blogs prior to going into their front door. More
My husband and I purchased a 2005 BMW 645ci for $26,900 we also purchased an extended warranty $2,475 we put down $10,000. I was elated about our new purchase however 2 days later several senors started to we also purchased an extended warranty $2,475 we put down $10,000. We took the car to BMW of Plano where it cost us $623.21 for the convertible senors to be replaced. Then a couple of weeks later the car started to shut off while idle. We took the car back to BMW the cost to repair the car this time was $2,939.10 the list of repairs range from, Battery Cables, Replacing parts of the head gasket, Hoses and Clamps, Oil Pan/ Pump, Suspension System. Not to mention BMW took my husband and I out to our “NEW” vehicle which was in there bay to show where parts were missing, and where they “Autos of Dallas” Silicone the oil pan cover to the car to prevent any leaks. All of this is prior to us paying our first car payment. I then called Mike to make him aware of the problems and to also let him know that none of the repairs were covered under the warranty we purchased. I asked If we could return the car he basically said it was our problem. I called and left several messages that went unanswered. I reported them to the BBB, Autos of Dallas never responded to the BBB compliant. Two months later the check engine light came on again. The repairs this time was $4,781.50 however the warranty company covered $2,000 of the repairs for the sway bar. We have replaced every rim and tire on the car. We just traded the car in we had $1,000 of positive equity. In 9 months we put over $20,000 into the car (including our down payment). Please, Please, Please do not buy a car from Autos of Dallas the prices are cheap but it’s like that old cliche “You get what you pay for”. More
