I loved working with Jessica K at Autos of Dallas (Plano) location. She is the best at what she does and I would recommend her to everyone. I would give Autos of Dallas zero stars if I could. I purchased a 2023 BMW X6 from this dealership just four months ago, and it has been one problem after another. On the second day after buying the vehicle, one of the tires blew out. I immediately contacted the dealership, but my calls went unanswered. When I was finally able to reach someone, I was repeatedly transferred to voicemail instead of getting help. Since purchasing the vehicle, I’ve already had to replace the brake pads and rotors. Now I’ve been told the control arms and wheel bearings also need to be replaced, and my rear taillight has to be replaced as well. For a vehicle that was supposedly inspected before being sold, this has been extremely disappointing. The dealership advertises a multi-point inspection, but based on my experience, I seriously question whether the vehicle was thoroughly inspected before it was put on the lot. If it had been, I don’t believe I would be facing this many expensive repairs after only four months of ownership. What has been just as frustrating as the mechanical issues is the lack of customer service. Getting someone to respond or take responsibility has been nearly impossible. At this point, I have very little confidence that the dealership would offer me a fair value if I tried to trade the vehicle back in. After everything I’ve experienced, I believe the fair resolution would be for the dealership to work with me to replace this vehicle based on what I originally financed, rather than leaving me with a vehicle that has required significant repairs almost immediately after purchase. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I cannot recommend Autos of Dallas based on the condition of the vehicle I received and the customer service I experienced afterward. More
This is the biggest slum of a dealership in Texas. I purchased a worthless warranty from the sales rep. When I figured out it covered absolutely nothing, I canceled the warranty. If it were a reputable dealership, they would have mailed me my check. Not Autos of Dallas, I called half a dozen times was transferred to a voicemail. Chatted with their virtual assistant, would not put me in touch with a Finance Manager. At this point, they have stolen $775 from me. AVOID these con artists at ALL COSTS. More
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! I have had the vehicle less than 2 weeks, driven less than 100 miles, and the check engine light came on. I found out from the Service Director that I have had the vehicle less than 2 weeks, driven less than 100 miles, and the check engine light came on. I found out from the Service Director that the mechanical issues were found prior to purchase and Sales declined to get the repairs done. The issues were not disclosed at purchase either. On top of that, they add $2.5K of "optional" add ons to the purchase price that even though you didn't request must be purchased. This is the last place I would ever recommend purchasing a vehicle. They are sneaky and slimy people, who will lie and add extras to your car and tell you that they all come with the car. **EDITED** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP First & foremost, my salesman was great (at first) good communication and very helpful! (Until I started having issues, I would call up there & just get put on hold, or hung up on) I drove over an hour away to purchase the car, I got there and the keys had apparently vanished, they kept trying to push me to just complete the paperwork and assured me it was a good car, there was no way I was going to pay for a car that I couldn’t even test drive. (Now I feel like that was to stall and buy time to cover up the issues that I’m now having. I got the car in September had some minor issues which is to be expected with a used car, no big deal.. then one thing after another the tire pressure sensors will not turn off, it started shifting very roughly and now something is going on with a fan. My car literally sounds like it’s going to blow up. Now, the transmission is completely out. I called for weeks & weeks to try to get it resolved before it got this bad. Financing was apparently challenged as well, I paid cash for the car the guy kept attempting to charge my card 100,000 versus the 10,000 he was supposed to & kept being rude about it being declined. Well, had the correct amount been submitted it would have been fine. I’ve attempted to call the dealership all week, left messages & get no response. They have nice cars at good prices, but you get what you pay for. I wish I would have read the REAL reviews, not what they post on their page. I hope this place gets shut down, purely trash. More
