BEWARE before you purchase here!!! We purchased a vehicle in October 2013; Range Rover and we started having one problem after the other within 3 days of purchase and it's still not fixed and we're i vehicle in October 2013; Range Rover and we started having one problem after the other within 3 days of purchase and it's still not fixed and we're in Dec 2013. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle at Autos of Dallas PLEASE take it to your own auto mechanic shop and have it inspected before you purchase the vehicle or DO NOT purchase here. Mike, the General Manager will tell you if something is wrong, he'll have it fixed. Mike and others will tell you about their auto mechanic shop; their preferred shop, Auto Pros. It's conveniently located around the corner from them. This is where ALL of the additional trouble began for us. The battery died on day two, they replaced it. Within the same timeframe we noticed an oil leak that as of date we are still experiencing. Mike's preferred auto mechanics, Auto Pros have failed to fix. Please note, we have taken our vehicle to Auto Pros 4 times to have the oil leak fixed. In addition, when we pick up our vehicle from Auto Pros our vehicle has been extremely dirty and oily by work that still has not fixed the problem. Mike will not and refuse to pay to have our vehicle fixed anywhere else, because he stands by this location Auto Pros. Then they Autos of Dallas and Auto Pros WILL NOT give you a loaner car while inconveniencing you. Please DO NOT be blindsided by the nice luxury cars. Unfortunately, the service IF something goes wrong WILL NOT be so upstanding. As a consumer, it is imperative that we share our experience, treatment and lack of professionalism we experienced with Autos of Dallas with you. We have spent a lot of time, money and energy with this situation and our vehicle is still leaking oil. We have not received any returned calls or copies of the paperwork on the so call repairs previously done on our vehicle from Oct 2013 to the end of Nov. 2013, as we have requested. If you want to be treated like a customer who is appreciated, with professionalism and care DO NOT purchase your vehicle here. They DO NOT stand by their word and they WILL NOT fix any problems with their vehicles. Auto Pros will put a band-aid on the problem, tell you it's fixed and have you running back and forth, to NEVER fix the problem and Mike will support them!!! Not good business at all... More
I gave Autos of Dallas the very highest rating because we got a great deal on a Lexus IS250C and our experience at the dealership. Our salesman, James Dion, was very knowledgable and worked with us to find got a great deal on a Lexus IS250C and our experience at the dealership. Our salesman, James Dion, was very knowledgable and worked with us to find the best car for me. He was very patient with me and I was able to test drive many different makes and models. He was very honest, showed us the Carfax and told us everything about the vehicle. The next day I took the car to the Lexus dealership just to get it checked out. I was very pleased to find out that the car was well taken care of (as a previous lease) and no major issues were reported. The same information that James provided us. I love my car and I would highly recommend James at Autos of Dallas. Thank you, Tricia P. Flower Mound, Texas More
Autos of Dallas informed me that they don't take offer of their cars. The prices listed on their website are over priced. I bought a car here over the weekend and was beyond happy with their service! I found Autos of Dallas via cars.com and was a little hesitant since they're not your traditional dealership. I worked with Edwar with their service! I found Autos of Dallas via cars.com and was a little hesitant since they're not your traditional dealership. I worked with Edward who was great. We were not pressured into anything and I really appreciate the "no hassle" sales. Since they mostly deal with luxury cars (we bought a 2007 Jeep from there) we got the best deal for our BMW trade in. Edward and the team were very helpful and worked with us to get the best deal possible for financing as well. These guys were great and I would highly recommend them! It was an incredibly painless process! More

I found a car I liked at this dealership and when I was close to buying it I told Michelle, the salesperson, that the floor mats were missing and I was told that they would find mats for me even if they ha close to buying it I told Michelle, the salesperson, that the floor mats were missing and I was told that they would find mats for me even if they had to pull them from another car. I did not worry about it because there were at least two other cars there like the one that I was interested in. On 4-6-2011, I put a deposit down to reserve the car and went to a dealership to get the car checked out. I spent a good part of my day getting recall issues fixed even though I had not committed to buying the car. There were issue with the car that were legitimate and they were very resistant to reducing the cost to get the car fixed. They did meet me half way but that was it. I mentioned the floor mats again tot he sales person and she assured me that I would have floor mats for that car. I went to go buy the car after we had agreed to a final price, they slipped in a $100 paperwork fee and I felt that my only option was to walk away or accept the fee. I told Mike, the finance manager, that I was never told about this fee. He said he was sorry but that was it. Against my best judgement, I bought the car. As I was leaving, I called the salesperson out and asked for the mats again, and she came out with three floor mats and told me that the driver's side floor mat was so bad that they threw it away. I expressed my disappointment but they made it obvious that the deal was done and they were done with me. I took my family to dinner and was so mad that I called Mike and explained that I should feel good about my purchase but did not because of the way I was treated and that I still did not have floor mats. Mike told me that I should not worry and that he would find me floor mats. Some weeks past and the dealership called me to tell me that my plates were in. I called back and asked for Mike and told him that I was going to be coming by and that I would like to get the floor mats. He said no problem and that he appreciated the reminder because he forgot about the mats. I got busy and a couple of weeks passed and so I finally came by to pick up my plates. I asked for Mike and reminded him of the mats and his reply was, "sorry man, I don't have them. We will have to wait until I get another car like that." His response made it pretty obvious that I was out of luck. We have had lots of rain and I have been watching the carper get worse and worse. I finally went on Ebay and bought a set of all-weather floor mats to fit the car. Now that I am finally submitting this complaint, I can see that many other people have had similar issues and that this dealership's rating is an "F" so I am not surprised based on my experience. Even if they remain as unresponsive as they have been to date, at least I have put this one on record. I wish I would have looked here first. I would not have done business with this dealership. I am hoping that they will consider resolving the floor mat issue at least and hopefully the "paperwork" fee. ( More

Talked with Mike by phone to confirm that the Infinity G37 I was interested in was still available. He said it was and I paid a deposit to reserve it. I live 3 hours away and wanted to confirm that it was G37 I was interested in was still available. He said it was and I paid a deposit to reserve it. I live 3 hours away and wanted to confirm that it was in excellent condition (even the tire tread)......he assured me it was. Make the trip down, take the car for a test drive and the dashboard warning lights are lit up like a Christmas tree and the driver's side tires are almost bald !!! After many hours with their mechanic, they tell me several sensors, the battery and brakes are replaced. Long story short, I end up buying the car and make the 3 hour trip back home. Take the car to my mechanic to have the tires replaced (car barely made it....battery was completely dead and had never been replaced !!!) Within 2 minutes he tells me the car had been involved in an accident. Passenger side rear quarter panel has been repaired with Bondo, sanded down and repainted (paint overspray easily seen on both mufflers. Called Mike to ask why it had not been disclosed and of course, he played dumb. These are car guys.....they can spot previous damage from a mile away. NO WAY IN xxxx that they did not know about this. Anyway, I asked nicely if I could return the car since the previous accident was not disclosed. He simply said "No". These are snake oil salesmen and will lie to your face. STAY AWAY !!!!! More
