Upon arrival, it came to our attention that this dealership had very expensive automobiles. Even though we were interested in a less expensive one, we were treated as if we were purchasing their to dealership had very expensive automobiles. Jason, our salesman, did an excellent job listening to what we wanted in a car and finding the perfect car for us. I purchased a 2018 Mercedes GLC on March 17, 2023 with Autos of Dallas. My salesman, Will, told me that the vehicle needed rear brakes, motor in the back windshield washer and body work (driver side fend Autos of Dallas. My salesman, Will, told me that the vehicle needed rear brakes, motor in the back windshield washer and body work (driver side fender and back bumper). I was assured by the service manager Brandon, that those things would be serviced and car ready by the end of the week (note that at this point, I haven't test drove the vehicle because it was deemed unsafe to drive). So I agreed with those things being done and with hesitation going on with the purchase w/ AOD. A total mistake that I have regretted ever since. A week passed, no call with an updated (car should've been ready March 25th). Fast forward to today April 12th, have yet to gain possession of my car that by the way is financed and paid for. One problem after another, customer service is incredibly horrible and communication is none existence unless I reach out. I have continuously called and emailed the GM Mike Bashara to no avail. Car passed an inspection and immediately after the check engine light comes on. Where does that happen at? Autos of Dallas has definitely left me speechless. Unreliable and Unprofessional. I would never buy another vehicle from them and wouldn't recommend. Still don't have an ETA on when I will receive my car. No urgency from top to bottom. If anyone knows the owner/president Sami Aqqad and can forward this message to him, it would be nice, at least that's whose listed. There is now a breakdown/breach in confidence and contract. What would be your solution? More

He even followed up with me after the sale to make sure that I was happy with my new car. Typically, I service my Lexus at Park Place and there was an issue with a sensor yet had to bring it to purchasing dealership for extended warranty coverage, Autos of Dallas. Upon arriving on service drive, was not greeted and had to walk in to a person on their phone with their leg propped up on the desk. Of course, Autos of Dallas claimed damage to sensor and won’t cover under extended warranty. Don’t buy the extended warranty, they will find a way to not cover it. After sharing my experience with the extended warranty company, I was advised to obtain a waiver to have service completed under warranty at Park Place. After requesting the waiver, Autos of Dallas offered to cover the repair for free if I take the review down and go silent. I declined, again requested a waiver to have my truck serviced at Park Park, along with offering to add a resolution comment to the review. 3 business days later, no response. Fixing it for free doesn’t address my concern, eliminate the horrible experience, or instill trust in the service department. Be aware most of these positive reviews were probably incentivized or coerced. The lack of professionalism and integrity is a disgrace. Don’t waste your time or money! More

This was my second auto purchased from Autos of Dallas, both with Bob Tauber as my salesperson. I had done a nationwide search for the right vehicle and found it right here in my backyard. The no-haggle pricing is real. I couldn't find an equivalent vehicle at a better price anywhere, period. Once I made my selection, the car was made ready for delivery and the closing took less than 30 minutes with Kevin in the Finance Dept.
