Best experience ever! I hate buying a vehicle; having a salesman hover over you or completely ignore you, the feeling of a salesman not being truthful, and the ridiculous m I hate buying a vehicle; having a salesman hover over you or completely ignore you, the feeling of a salesman not being truthful, and the ridiculous mark-up at most dealerships. I was absolutely surprised at the Autos of Dallas; Jeff Thompson hustled to show me the car I was interested in, and other makes and models that were similar to my original inquiry. He gave my husband and I our space and worked with us as much as he was capable. We got a fabulous high-end vehicle at a reasonable price without having to haggle and spend our entire day at the dealership. Not only would I (and my husband already has) tell everyone to purchase a vehicle from the Autos of Dallas, but I would also send them straight to Jeff. Thank you for the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. More

Run! Crooked sales. The owner, Mike Hardin, and salesman, Alex Benjamen, are not honest/good people. They tried to tell me my approval from my bank was only a pre-approva The owner, Mike Hardin, and salesman, Alex Benjamen, are not honest/good people. They tried to tell me my approval from my bank was only a pre-approval (it was not) & that I had no choice but to use their auto financing at a higher interest rate & also included a down payment (even though I had a paid off car to trade in). The whole experience was ridiculous and it is clear that this business is not ran on honest terms. I bought the same exact car two blocks down from Auto Excellence (with my own financing) & would encourage you to do the same. The prices look nice at Autos of Dallas but the owner & service is not. More
