I was so disappointed in the treatment me and my partner received, we found a gre Makes me wonder who is really writing the reviews for this company. I was so disappointed in the treatment me and my partner received, we found a great car, drove over 4 hours to be treated so rudely. Not initially, everything changed when I brought my own financing and was not willing to allow them to run my credit for their financing so that I could "save money". I explained to my salesman -(Brian), this is my 5th car purchase using my credit union and I was happy to continue using them, after sending 4 different "finance managers" over to speak with us, who noticeably got very annoyed that we still wanted to use our financing then said well our practice is that you use our financing it could possibly save you 5 to 10 dollars on the monthly payment now that's maybe. After all the back and forth finally I just walked out and took my business to a Mercedes dealership where it was greatly appreciated. The worst part of this was I was a previous customer of a Lexus. It really makes me wonder WHO is really writing these reviews or companies. I know that the way we were treated our business will not return and I would retell my experience to everyone I can especially on my social media links......say NO to Autos of Dallas!!! WD More

I recommend taking time to do your research on the available inventory and narrowing down your options before scheduling a visit to view the vehicles. Walking the space and finding the cars I was interested in seeing was tricky, but the end result was worth the effort. This is a great way to purchase a pre-owned luxury automobile! Extremely efficient process, and David Mullins ensured everything was ready for me when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I would definitely consider purchasing again through Autos of Dallas. More

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. STAY AWAY. DO NOT BUY This was without a doubt the worst place i have ever purchased a car. The salesman Jonathan Green was terrible. Knew nothing about the car and basical This was without a doubt the worst place i have ever purchased a car. The salesman Jonathan Green was terrible. Knew nothing about the car and basically turned his back on me the minute the deal was complete. The GM Mike Bashara was no better. Did not return phone calls and was no help at all. The car was driven 200 miles more after i purchased it. Was told the owners wife was driving it because she liked it. The car came filthy with an empty gas tank. I also found bottle tops in the car. The car also came with undisclosed damage and bald tires that would not pass inspection. I had to call the Better Business Bureau to help. More
