Bryan Roth salvaged the deal! I recently went to Autos of Dallas with my wife, as a 2013 Porsche Boxster caught my attention online. My first visit was not that great, as the deal I recently went to Autos of Dallas with my wife, as a 2013 Porsche Boxster caught my attention online. My first visit was not that great, as the dealer I worked with did not know a lot about the vehicle. Although he was friendly enough, being in sales myself, I always have my antennae up on looking for a salesperson who is interested in my needs, is inquisitive, and then strives to match my interests with the right product. I just didn't get that on my first visit. When I read previous reviews of salespeople at Autos of Dallas, one name that kept popping up positively over and over again was that of Bryan Roth. So I contacted Bryan personally, and shared my story with him. The first thing he did was LISTEN. He then spent some time seeking to understand my concerns, then addressing them one by one very candidly and openly. As a result, I once again became interested in purchasing the Porsche, as Bryan alleviated my concerns, and became someone I felt I could trust. We just consummated the deal yesterday, thanks to Bryan, and are very happy with our purchase. I would not hesitate to contact Bryan again in the future when my wife wants to replace her vehicle. There are a lot of nice vehicles (aka eye candy) at Autos of Dallas, so it is critical that whomever you work with takes the time to get to know you, understands what you are looking for and your concerns, then addresses them directly. Arrived at dealership and was told the radio, etc didn't work but they put it in writing that they would cover it IF it wasn't covered under warranty. Drove from Dallas to Birmingham, AL but didn't even make it home before having to have it towed. Spent the next two months in the shop with over $2500 in repairs. The Jaguar dealership told me it was quite obvious that the front end had been involved in an accident and that's the reason they could not cover a certain portion of the repairs under warranty. The salesperson told me to send the repair bills to the general manager, Mike, which I did. He finally acknowledged that he received them and I was told he would review and get back with me. I still have not received a reply, follow up, etc. I initially thought they were great to work with and Micah was very nice but BUYER BEWARE!! More
