The purchase price was better than any I'd seen in 6 months of searching and the trade-in allowance was higher than CarMax and competitive with other internet dealerships. After completing the deal over the phone earlier in the week, George met me at the door this morning and the whole process was quick and easy. We were newbies to car financing and we didn't want to put anything down, but I had great credit. Bryan took good care of us! He assessed our history, finances and needs then gave us straight-forward feedback on what was best for us in the long run. It truly felt like a father-daughter experience because he provided personal examples and feedback, plus knowledge on car sales that were clear. He gave us realistic advice, not what was told to him to say. Trust me, we shopped around so it was refreshing to speak to Bryan. His advice helped us chose a BMW 528i after test driving two BMWs, reviewing a few Mercedes' and drooling over the G-Wagon. Bryan was friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable on the value, durability and financing so our experience was beyond excellent. To top that off, Keith (our finance guy) really helped us understand what we were doing financially and walked us through the process with a smile. He even gave us some great tips on Dallas and its many cool pubs, eateries and events. We asked a million questions and he never got frustrated. I appreciated it because financing a car can be frustrating for a newbie. We financed with a national bank so it felt right (not a random mom and pop new finance company), plus we knew everything prior to signing thanks to Keith and Bryan. I love meeting people who ACTUALLY enjoy their jobs and enjoy making this process easier for the customers. We can't wait to pay this bad boy off, get married, get pregnant and come back to get a truck. Seriously. :) More
