It was worth the drive!! I just love the Auto of Dallas. My husband and I just purchased our 2nd car from them on April 1, 2016. We purchased our first BMW 550i in 2012 and no I just love the Auto of Dallas. My husband and I just purchased our 2nd car from them on April 1, 2016. We purchased our first BMW 550i in 2012 and now we just purchased another BMW 550i Gt from them. We had the most amazing salesman name Micah Nease aka Country Boy. Since we live in Memphis we basically did a lot of talking on the telephone and email back and forward. Micah was so very helpful because he really worked with us and made sure we got the car that we really wanted. He answered all our questions and concerning about the car. I was so happy about purchasing my car that I brought "Country Boy" a slab BBQ ribs because everybody knows that Memphis has the best BBQ. He really made the experience worth driving to Dallas. Micah also called and text throughout the day to make sure that we were driving safely to and from Dallas. I am so very satisfied with the service that I received from the Auto of Dallas. And I'm so glad that when my husband called that day, they put Micah on the phone because he became our personal car salesman. More

Outstanding Normally when one thinks of the car buying experience, he/she cringes at the mere thought. Purchased a Mercedes ML350 through him in less than thirty minutes. Called to verify said vehicle was on the lot, not sold and that Autos of Dallas had a no haggle policy. Bryan assured me the car was there and they had a no haggle policy. A mutually convenient appointment time was arranged.. We were both on time and within thirty minutes of discussion he matched Car Max's trade in and we finalized the transaction. Offered to give him a deposit to hold the car until the following day - he declined. We shook hands on the transaction and the following day I finalized the sale and took possession of a freshly detailed vehicle. Bryan Roth made this the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. More
I was fooled I bought this car from out of state. Asked several times if there is anything wrong with the car and was told no. 1) After I paid downpayment sal I bought this car from out of state. Asked several times if there is anything wrong with the car and was told no. 1) After I paid downpayment sales man pretty much forgot about me. I had to constantly follow up on when will my car get shipped. Finally after a week I got my car. 2) when car arrived it was not in the condition it was described to me. There were scratches that needs to be painted, tires were super greasy, lots of oily liquid under the hood and worse part ligh was not working. I had to take it to a shop to replace and pay for it. VERY VERY unhappy!!!!! Who does that???!!! Scratches and light MUST of bein fixed prior to sale or at least I should of been informed of car true condition before I purchased it. Please DO NOT trust what sales personal tells you. Check every tiny piece yourself with someone who knows cars. Do not buy car out of state. Don't feel bad of asking for "too much" details or info. You wanna be safe than sorry! More

I am a professional Medical Sales Rep and can be very tough on sales people in general. I love good sharp professional sales people and I can not stand sloppy "order takers" that don't know jack about the product he or she is selling. Bryan is a true sales professional in every sense of the word. More importantly, he loves his job and it shows! Bryan helped us get a better interest rate than I was able to get from my credit union and I have fantastic credit. Also, Bryan made sure the car we liked did not get sold out from under us. With rates low, good clean luxury cars are selling nowadays with the low interest rates. My wife and I feel very fortunate to be able to grab this Mercedes E350 at a great price. I must also add, we liked dealing with "Gary" in finance and the whole paper signing process. This process can be a hassle with many dealers, not so at Autos of Dallas. Gary was informative, helpful and took plenty of time with us. My wife and I did not feel "rushed" through the paper signing process. Gary did not pressure us for an extended warranty and/or other add-ons. I liked that! More

He allowed me to test drive each vehicle that sparked my interest and applied no pressure at all to close the deal. The financing process went quickly and I was provided with warranty options. Again, no pressure applied at any stage of the process. I received a GREAT deal on my vehicle and would purchase from them again. More
