I have waited months to write this review to give the dealership a chance to change my mind but in the end, they failed and I would never recommend them to anyone. Though they made several mistakes in the transaction, it was up to me to chase them down and ultimately up to me to fix what I could. These guys make bad dealerships look good. Take note, if you are happy with the vehicle price then fine but don’t expect any follow up on things they owe you through what they call a We Owe. You will also be forced to buy an Axiom service and Cilajet ceramic coating even if you may not want them. We were forced to buy them yet received neither. We bought a 2019 Tesla Model 3 in June 2023 outright and in the notes, the salesman confirmed the 12V battery needed to be replaced and that Service would order one. Got the call that it was time to pick up the car but when we got there, no new battery. Salesman said we could go ahead and take the car home because we had a We Owe and I felt comfortable taking it since I saw the comment in his computer. Salesman quits, so now we have a new one and after 5 calls to him with no results, I decided to drive up to the dealership and deal with it face to face. The new sales guy actually said to my face he had not heard about my issues even though we talked on the phone several times and left voice mails. When I called his xx, he quickly got me off the show floor and didn’t want to deal with the issues. He handed me off to the sales manager and we even saw in the notes in their computer the comment from the original salesman that the battery needed to be replaced. Manager needed to talk to his boss so he gave me his cell number to call for an update. Not surprisingly, his voice mail wasn’t and still is not setup so I couldn’t leave a message. After 6 calls, I’ve given up. In the end, do not trust them!!!! They owe me a 12V battery worth $400+, a front bumper cover worth $20, I never received the Axiom theft system which was $599 and they never did the Cilajet ceramic coating which was $799. They have effectively robbed me of ~$1,800. Also the address on the paperwork was wrong even though they had my driver’s license with the correct information which they did not attempt to fix. Instead they instructed me contact the DMV and redo the paperwork. Took care of the DMV part today which was a more pleasant than dealing with the dealership. Yes that’s right….I would rather stand in line at the DMV than go back to this dealership. Bottom line, look at other dealerships unless you are open to being robbed. This place makes bad dealerships look good. More

My son was the one looking for a car, I was just driving him around. Bob Tauber was our salesman and we clicked with him instantly. We drove to the other dealer and my son chose the car at the other dealer. Since I was driving I asked the other salesman if my son could take the car home today and the answer was yes. I said "You're on you own, I'm buying the Maserati from Bob". He called Bob and said we wanted the Maserati. When I arrived Bob greated me and said, where is your son? I said we don't need him, he bought something else and I'M BUYING that Maserati. I had no interest in buying another car as I had already bought a new Explorer two weeks before, Bob and I were both totally surprised I was buying that Maserati. That car jumped out at me saying "Take Me Home" and with Bob's prefessionalism and personality the sale was made. When a customer clicks with a salesman then that salesman has a customer for life. Bob continues with his professionalism by calling me a couple of times to see how things are going. Thanks Bob, I love my Maserati. More

I found a car I liked and within about ten minutes of me clicking interested in a app Bob Tauber was calling and helping me with it and getting me started on finding out what I wanted to know. When I got there to test drive the vehicle there was no waiting on other customers Mr. Tauber knew I was pressed for time and got me in the test drive and out, same with the financial department they did all they could to get me going in a timely manner. I was very pleased with their service and would absolutely do business with them again. As far as the car I bought it still almost feels too good to be true. I think I got a tremendous deal. More
I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a 2022 Jaguar f pace. It was out of gas, and windshield wiper fluid and the back windshield wiper was broken(which of course was not disclos I bought a 2022 Jaguar f pace. It was out of gas, and windshield wiper fluid and the back windshield wiper was broken(which of course was not disclosed to me) and when I texted the guy that sold me the car, he was not helpful, and not once did he apologize for lack or service. I left 2 voicemails for the manager, never got a call back. Do not waste your money here, the experience ruins the excitement of buying a new car. The financial guy was rude, he just said “sign this, sign that”, when he asked if i wanted extra insurance on my car, I said "no" and he responded with "it doesn't make a difference to me, I get paid the same amount either way". The sales tax was $5k, but of course was not explained, nothing was. They just wanted to make a sale. They made 1 sale off of me, and if they would have had just a little professionalism and handled the situation differently, they would have made more in the future. More
