If you've purchased a car from this dealer in the past, order and Autocheck report to ensure that your car is actually accident free. I purchased a 2013 Lexus GS 350 back on April 28, 2016. I found the vehicle listed on the autosofdallas.com website and called to schedule a test drive. The website listing showed that there was no accident/damage reported via the Carfax snapshot link. When I came in for a test drive on April 27, I inquired with the salesman as to whether the car had been involved in an accident to which he responded no and proceeded to show me the Carfax report again that showed no accident/damage reported. I am currently in the process of selling the car since it is being replaced with a company vehicle. In the course of preparing for a sell, I had the vehicle appraised and inspected. The results were a complete shock, the vehicle was involved in an accident in 2013 and the passenger front fender was replaced and there was a partial respray. The appraiser provided an Autocheck report that properly disclosed the accident in the vehicle history. I contacted the dealer and the response was that they are not responsible since it's a used car that is sold "as is" and since the Carfax did show accident history. After further investigation, it was uncovered that Autos of Dallas relies on Kelly Blue Book to value trade-ins and buybacks which utilize both Carfax and Autocheck to provide a comprehensive vehicle history. I find it hard to believe that the staff in charge of purchasing vehicles at auction do not utilize the same tools to value the vehicle before ultimately purchasing and re-selling the vehicle. Upon further review, I found that there are several similar complaints against the dealership related to accident and title discrepancies. More

The salesman(Lee Watkins/George Ondarza), the manager(David Mullins/Mike Bashara), the titling staff(Ashley) either has no idea the progress of the repairing or tell me bs stories and bs lies all day long. They even overcharged me shipping fee,yet can't deliver the car on time as promise. They might have good selection of car, but they are not the worst people to do business with. Once they take your money, they will be too busy for you, lmfao. Must avoid this dealer at all cost. You have been warned. More

We're all human we make mistakes, the sales manager David was the man who helped me while my salesman Alex (Great Salesman) was on vacation. David was quick to fix the issue about the tire and even gave me a Starbucks gift card for having to wait a bit longer than usual. Overall I had a great experience solving a problem ! I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle free, swarm free employee dealership. More
