Loss of words Robert was our salesman and he was fantastic. We settled on a car and then went to finance where it went south. Initially, things were ok. We signed the paperwork and left in our new car only to be called back 20 minutes later saying there was a problem. Long story short, the finance director said they forgot to print the contract and they neglected to see that the lender capped the price and we were $6000 off, partly bc the price of the car was $4800 over the book value. We asked the finance director to please ask if there was anything that could be done. One minute later he came back and said the GMAIL said no. I couldn't believe that after waiting 7 hours (they were very busy), signing our paperwork and driving off the lot, we had to come back bc of their oversight and then not attempting to make it right. They refused to negotiate (split the difference) after the mistake was made and we left with an inquiry on our credit and beyond shocked and disappointed. Will continue our search for a similar car. More

Great experience i visited Autos of Dallas a couple of times and Alex Benjamin was my sales rep. Each visit was a pleasant event.
