Found it hard to find a parking spot as it was super busy but eventually found one. I had researched the car I wanted online and saw the car I wanted in come in stock last week. Walked in and registered with reception. She told us it could take some time before a salesman could be available. So we used one of their desktop computers to review some cars. Waited 5 - 7 mins and Bob Tauber comes up to introduce him self. Turns out he was a fellow New Yorker just like me. Even though he was dealing with other customers gave me the attention I needed and asked all the right questions and put me in the car I wanted to test drive within minutes. I test drove the car with my family whilst Bob remained at the dealership. On my return Bob took time to answer my questions. Zero pressure, zero intimidation, zero hassle. I have purchased cars from dealership big and small across the USA and Bob from autosofdallas by far have been the easiest and hassle free Salesman I have ever dealt with. Professional astute and customer focused. I walked away without committing to buy the car. On Monday Bob called me to see if I had enjoyed the test drive to which I responded yes and decided there and then over the phone I will purchase the same car. Sorted out my credit union financing and went to pickup the car today which was immaculately detailed and waiting for me on the lot. I kid you not the paperwork and signatures took less than 15 minutes. In and out. Unheard of. I have spent a lifetime in dealerships waiting for paperwork to be finalized. BUYER BEWARE I purchased a 2013 Mercedes from this dealership. They will tell you about their "inspection" process so you can feel comfortable with buying an upsc I purchased a 2013 Mercedes from this dealership. They will tell you about their "inspection" process so you can feel comfortable with buying an upscale used vehicle. They failed to do this on mine. They missed damage under the vehicle that a Mercedes Service Center found when my car was taken in for loud grinding on the breaks down to the rotors. I received a $3000 bill within 90 days of getting this vehicle, from missed issues. When you call to address, they give you the run around for days. When I finally talked to the Sales Manager, he got angry and hung up on me. They cannot be trusted and do not stand behind their word or guarantees. More

But they did not keep their promise to replace a couple bad tires which was a condition of my agreement to p I initially recommended Autos of Dallas. The result one tire replaced with one in worse condition and a floor mat ruined with a huge grease stain. My salesman was George Ondarza is either incompetent or a liar as he kept telling me they had someone at the tire place retrieving the tires. It never happened. I have been advised to sue Autos of Dallas under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. More to follow. More
