Will do anything to get a sale UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT DEPENDABLE : This is dealership might be larger but it is equivalent to one of those side of the highway independent car lots. Lots of nice cars priced right but they do not hold their promises. I worked with Omay for 2 days. Monday morning I contact him to advise him that I want the car, he stated he would get it to the back and start working on paint touchups and other improvements that were promised. He told me to go to the link he texted me and apply for loan. I told him what credit union I wanted the loan thru since I already do business with them. He calls me back and says I am approved at X% thru a different credit union. When was I available to come up there? I asked him if he checked with the specific credit union that I asked him to and he told me that he would get with his manager and call me back. I did not hear back from him. I follow up the next morning for him to tell me that someone else purchased the car out from under me. As I stated to him and his manager David that I was under the impression the vehicle was getting worked on and that I was waiting for them to call me and tell me when to come sign paperwork. The car should not have been available to be showed to others when he had already committed the car to me. He never once advised me that I needed to come up there and sign or we risk losing the vehicle and had I known that someone else was purchasing I would never have allowed him to run my credit. I called to speak to his manager David to explain the situation and he stated he would speak to Omay as well as the GM to see if anything can be done with another vehicle and requesting a different sales representative and get back to me. I received no call back. Called him hours later and left a message, no return phone call....called the next day and left a message....no return phone call. Called the GM and left a message, never heard back from him. Blessing in disguise not to do business with them. After doing further research I am thankful that I did not purchase a vehicle and get stuck in some of the others positions with a bad vehicle. More

They are a super lean operation designed to move the metal at below full retail, but without the frills of full service dealers. If you want a lounge nicer than your house and a $5 latte, go elsewhere. If you are willing to do your research and know what you want when you get there, this could be a great experience for you. All that said, you must ask for Bob Tauber by name. He is honest, responsive and focused on helping you through the experience quickly and painlessly. Bob helped us on the pre-buy inspection and made sure the minor fixes and detailing were done quickly. He's been doing this a long time and he knows his business. Thanks Bob! More

Misinformed about the BMW maintenance To whom it may concern: I was very excited about the purchase of the 2015 BMW 428i from autos of dallas everything went very smooth. However, I was told by the salesman Robert Moses that BMW would cover the maintenance. He even went on to show me how the I drive system informs you of maintenance and service advisor he would recommend. He showed me that the brake pads needed service in 1k miles. At the time I was not concerned because he assured me BMW would take care of it. Well now it needs service so I make a appointment and take it to BMW only to be told that the maintenance does not apply to the second owner and I will need to pay a 700 dollar fee to refresh the maintenance. Your sales staff should not misinform your customers about the BMW maintenance. So what was a great experience is now a very poor experience. I will never do business with autos of dallas again and I will inform all of my friends and family to avoid autos of dallas as well. I hope you will reach out to me to make things right. Horrible I’ve recently purchased a Mercedes Benz Cla250 from Auto of Dallas on 3/9/18. (Prior to purchase I did get a CarFax). My initial experience with the I’ve recently purchased a Mercedes Benz Cla250 from Auto of Dallas on 3/9/18. (Prior to purchase I did get a CarFax). My initial experience with them was OKAY. I didn’t have to be there long to notice “sketchy” activity. They have a lot of weird people hanging around doing odd jobs. Probably paying them a little to nothing for their services. Everything there screams fake people, even the receptionist looks 100% plastic! Nevertheless, I was given an older sales guy named “Bob Tauber” who was very blunt and pushy to say I was purchasing a car from them. I really wanted to walk out a few times or ask for another sales person but I just ignored his attitude bc I loved the car( & HE knew it). I paid for the car in FULL that same day, plus I spent money flying there. They didn’t give me any deals, packages, or any perks. Nothing. I gave them All CASH?! Ive never heard such a thing. Honestly, I believe it was because I am: #1. FEMALE #2. A BLACK nursing student and #3 YOUNG (25). I really really wanted the car so, I don’t let that bother me. Despite his “ignorance” & bias comments GOD made a way for me and I purchased the car in FULL. On my way home with the CLA250 the maintenance light came on. I brought the vehicle to the Mercedes Benz dealership closest to me to get a FULL top to bottom check out (because I DO NOT trust Auto Of Dallas). In the end, after ONLY 5 days of having the car......the car had a recall & I had to purchase ALL new tires , AND an oil change. I called the dealership the following day to speak with the manager who’s first name is “David” he refused to give me his last name because I mention my lawyer after he talked to me “very” disrespectfully and said “that’s what I GET for purchasing a pre-owned car”. I will NEVER do business with them again & will be trading the CLA250 in for another Mercedes at the Mercedes Benz “dealership”. If you want a good car you can trust, and be treated with respect and integrity PLEASE go to the actual dealership. Don’t waste your time and money with this “sketchy disrespectful dealership”. I pray that GOD expose this dealership for who they REALLY are, you never come against or TRY and get over on a child of GOD. “Vengeances is the Lord’s”, your day is coming. :) More
