DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! !!! PROOF ATTACHED. Unless you’re ok with LIES after LIES, paying them your hard earned money for a car that still isn’t in your possession after WEEK !!! PROOF ATTACHED. Unless you’re ok with LIES after LIES, paying them your hard earned money for a car that still isn’t in your possession after WEEKS! Yes, it’s true and disappointing - We bought a car from Autos of Dallas two weeks ago on January 8th, 2024, paid them for the car, and they still have my money to this date (January 22, 2024) and we STILL don’t have the car we paid for. Our experience: We drove THREE HOURS to test drive a car we saw on their website and minutes after driving it, my fiance made the decision to purchase it from Thomas the salesman. They tried to sell us a bullsh** $2,000 “mandatory” dent package which we argued isn’t actually mandatory since 5 years back we bought a different car from them with NO extra $2K added on. They checked the system to verify our claim then we had them take off the unnecessary package cost off our invoice. After signing all the finance paperwork and putting a $6,500 down payment, Thomas told us he needed his manager to sign off on waiving that “mandatory” package for us before he can release the car and assured us we'd have the car delivered to Austin by the end of the week (3 days after). We also paid an additional $150 for the vehicle to be delivered. We called to follow up the day before delivery, they told us the “AIRBAG” sign “out of NOWHERE” lit up and they are legally not allowed to give us the car until the issue is fixed. Keep in mind this vehicle has never been in an accident according to CarFax and now all of a sudden the airbag sign is on, LOL. We asked for a loaner, they said they don’t do loaners and all they can do is expedite the car to us after fixing it. A WEEK went by, no updates from them. We called multiple times and asked to speak to the manager but apparently he’s “in a meeting” 24/7. They finally called and told us that the car has “sooo many issues” with the car that they can no longer sell it to us and that he’d find us another car if we wanted or issue a refund. Since our credit union already approved our loan for that dealership and my fiance’s credit was affected already, we kindly asked if he can show us more vehicles.. ANOTHER WEEK goes by and NOTHING from them. We kept calling and asking for updates and they never cared. Exactly two weeks later, I check their website and see that they RELISTED THE CAR WE PURCHASED BACK ON THEIR WEBSITE TO SELL!!!!! (see proof attached) . YES, I NEVER GOT MY CAR I PAID MONEY FOR AND THEY PUT IT BACK ON THE LOT TO SELL TO SOMEONE ELSE..... This dealership still has my money to this day and I am still, after 2 weeks, WITHOUT MY CAR THAT I BOUGHT and they have the decency to try to resell it to someone who they can sell their $2,000 package to for salesman commission. RIDICULOUS We have been patient, we have been nice about it and gave them the benefit of the doubt but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. My fiance has spent hundreds of dollars having to Lyft/Uber everywhere even AFTER paying for a car he still didn't get!!! Our salesman Thomas even mentioned to my fiance’s mother that he wasn’t making anything off this sale due to his $2K commission being cut, so why would he continue to help us? It is obvious they did not prioritize us, LIED to us OVER AND OVER again. If, let's say, there was "several things wrong with the car" and they can't give it to us, WHY DID YOU HAVE THE CAR ON THE LOT IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?!!! So your 200 point inspection clearly wasn't done if thats what they claimed and then a week later said something completely different. So take our advice and DO NOT even take the risk buying from this horrible HORRIBLE dealership PLEASE! More

Received car after 2 weeks of purchasing. Giving them grace because it was the holiday season but car was not cleaned inside and not detailed as it should have been for a luxury car. If I was to use them again, I would insure I go physically go to the dealership and not online/ via phone call. I can tell that Will was just trying to get rid of a car and that I was just a commission check to him. Lastly, I received a luxury car with 30 miles in the tank. Expected more from a luxury dealership. But overall, I did get the car I wanted. More
I contacted this dealership to inquire about the Blue 2020 Tesla Model 3 Long Range for $30,880. Once I told the sales person that I had my own financing and I wanted to negotiate the price, he said he j 2020 Tesla Model 3 Long Range for $30,880. Once I told the sales person that I had my own financing and I wanted to negotiate the price, he said he just pulled up the car fax report and it said the car had structural damage. Don't buy this car and don't use this dealership. Nothing in the description for the car listed any structural damage. They are dishonest and straight up lie to you. Look at the reviews for this dealership before you contact them. I didn't ask for a report from them, which should be free if it's a reputable dealership, so that he could back up his statement. I don't believe it has any structural damage. I think he just wanted me to go away bc I wanted to use my own financing. More
Although we didn’t buy a vehicle because we could not agree on a price with the finance department. We were disappointed but impressed with salesman Bob Tauber. The vehicle was sold to me with a serious crack in the taillight and the dealership failed to disclose that to me. Humza Usman was my salesman who was notified immediately of the cracked light and has don taillight and the dealership failed to disclose that to me. TL the sales manager was incredibly rude, threatening and aggressive towards me for even attempting to get this resolved. There is a severe amount of water inside the taillight and the dealership is refusing to help or fix it. It’s become a safety concern and I cannot drive the vehicle because the water inside the light has caused my brake lights and blinkers to short out. I’ve tried reaching out to the dealership for the past month and they shove me off and will most of the time hang up on me or refuse to call me back or return any of my voicemails. Mitch Daniel, the GM, has not made any attempts to work with me either and has been dodging my calls for days. I’m at my wits end and am not sure where to go from here. I’ve sent them multiple videos and pictures of the light issue and the warnings the vehicle gives me when the lights short out. I just want my light replaced and they’ve made it impossible to try and communicate with them, they are very, very crooked people. More
