I knew going in on a Saturday would likely take a while but even when I was waiting my turn, Bob was cognizant of my location and offered refreshments numerous times. He continually kept me abreast of the process. Bob is friendly and engaging without ANY pressure to sell the vehicle. I enjoy the fact that it was a "no haggle" price listed as I knew what I was looking for.
