poor experience with dealorship hello had a deal on 2013 ml 350 recieved all of paperwork told my sales person how i was going to pay for it. was going to use my american express to hello had a deal on 2013 ml 350 recieved all of paperwork told my sales person how i was going to pay for it. was going to use my american express to pay a portion and the rest by certified cashiers check, i asked about waiving or splitting the 3 % service charge , he informed me that he didnt know if it was a fraud type deal or not. i sent them pics of my car but declined to trade it to them. so he knew from the am,t of time spent getting every thing worked out. attempted to talk with general manager. person that answered the phone terminated the call. called back 30 seconds later the same person told me they did,nt have a record of me calling ,thank you dr. l bob latiker More

Great experience! Looking at the value of the luxury cars on their lot it was quickly obvious we must have come to look at what must have been their cheapest car there! Looking at the value of the luxury cars on their lot it was quickly obvious we must have come to look at what must have been their cheapest car there! 😳 But we had driven 50 miles to test drive a BMW i3 & no one looked down at us. Plus we're dream buyers in that we don't haggle & will always buy the most expensive warranty! 😂 Richard treated us the same as if we'd come to look at the Jag XJL hubs would dearly have loved.
