This dealership is well organized, its staff are friendly and helpful, and Bob Tauber is a treasure. He is what all auto salesmen should be. He listened well to my interests in two models: the Stelvio and the Tonale. I had come in expecting to buy the Stelvio Veloce. I really wanted the Tonale, but had decided against it because of the information I had received at a different dealership. After learning I had been misinformed, I wanted to know more about the Tonale. Bob answered every question I asked and told me more about the two models. His patience, knowledge, and enthusiasm made the difference. I agreed to take a test drive where all my hesitations about the Tonale evaporated; I was hooked. As I said before, Bob Tauber is what all auto salesmen should be: pleasant, a good listener, knowledgeable, transparent, and NO pressure. I have bought a dozen cars throughout my life, and I have encountered many types of dealerships. The most common is the one who thinks the more pressure the better their bottom line. The second most common divide their customers by sex and age. They have a different spiel for men and for women as well as for the elderly and the youthful. Even if the customer is viewing the same vehicle, the information and the treatment will be formed because of the dealership's view of their customers. Unfortunately, what they hear and what they pay is not the same. I am old and female, but that did not affect the purchase at this dealership. The third type is almost predatory. They view their potential buyers as fair game, and their approach is to spew so much verbiage their customer will eventually give in--often to misinformation about the car or about the budget needed. This is not a predatory dealership. I marvel how easy it was to buy the Tonale at this dealership in comparisons to my previous car purchases. I have often had second thoughts about whether I should have purchased what I wanted. I left this dealership in my new Tonale and I have had no regrets. The dealership is, indeed, fortunate to have such a passionate employee as Bob Tauber. More

Had never been to this dealership before. Had a very pleasant experience with sales people. My daughter bought a used car. Had a Trouble Check Light come on before we got home. We live a long ways from Plano, so took the car to a dealership close by of its manufacturer and they fixed the problem because it was a dealer only item that has needed replacing. Told Kevin, manager at AoD, and he promptly sent us a reimbursement for the expense!! Solid customer service!!!! Thank you Kevin!!! More

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! !!! PROOF ATTACHED. Unless you’re ok with LIES after LIES, paying them your hard earned money for a car that still isn’t in your possession after WEEK !!! PROOF ATTACHED. Unless you’re ok with LIES after LIES, paying them your hard earned money for a car that still isn’t in your possession after WEEKS! Yes, it’s true and disappointing - We bought a car from Autos of Dallas two weeks ago on January 8th, 2024, paid them for the car, and they still have my money to this date (January 22, 2024) and we STILL don’t have the car we paid for. Our experience: We drove THREE HOURS to test drive a car we saw on their website and minutes after driving it, my fiance made the decision to purchase it from Thomas the salesman. They tried to sell us a bullsh** $2,000 “mandatory” dent package which we argued isn’t actually mandatory since 5 years back we bought a different car from them with NO extra $2K added on. They checked the system to verify our claim then we had them take off the unnecessary package cost off our invoice. After signing all the finance paperwork and putting a $6,500 down payment, Thomas told us he needed his manager to sign off on waiving that “mandatory” package for us before he can release the car and assured us we'd have the car delivered to Austin by the end of the week (3 days after). We also paid an additional $150 for the vehicle to be delivered. We called to follow up the day before delivery, they told us the “AIRBAG” sign “out of NOWHERE” lit up and they are legally not allowed to give us the car until the issue is fixed. Keep in mind this vehicle has never been in an accident according to CarFax and now all of a sudden the airbag sign is on, LOL. We asked for a loaner, they said they don’t do loaners and all they can do is expedite the car to us after fixing it. A WEEK went by, no updates from them. We called multiple times and asked to speak to the manager but apparently he’s “in a meeting” 24/7. They finally called and told us that the car has “sooo many issues” with the car that they can no longer sell it to us and that he’d find us another car if we wanted or issue a refund. Since our credit union already approved our loan for that dealership and my fiance’s credit was affected already, we kindly asked if he can show us more vehicles.. ANOTHER WEEK goes by and NOTHING from them. We kept calling and asking for updates and they never cared. Exactly two weeks later, I check their website and see that they RELISTED THE CAR WE PURCHASED BACK ON THEIR WEBSITE TO SELL!!!!! (see proof attached) . YES, I NEVER GOT MY CAR I PAID MONEY FOR AND THEY PUT IT BACK ON THE LOT TO SELL TO SOMEONE ELSE..... This dealership still has my money to this day and I am still, after 2 weeks, WITHOUT MY CAR THAT I BOUGHT and they have the decency to try to resell it to someone who they can sell their $2,000 package to for salesman commission. RIDICULOUS We have been patient, we have been nice about it and gave them the benefit of the doubt but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. My fiance has spent hundreds of dollars having to Lyft/Uber everywhere even AFTER paying for a car he still didn't get!!! Our salesman Thomas even mentioned to my fiance’s mother that he wasn’t making anything off this sale due to his $2K commission being cut, so why would he continue to help us? It is obvious they did not prioritize us, LIED to us OVER AND OVER again. If, let's say, there was "several things wrong with the car" and they can't give it to us, WHY DID YOU HAVE THE CAR ON THE LOT IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?!!! So your 200 point inspection clearly wasn't done if thats what they claimed and then a week later said something completely different. So take our advice and DO NOT even take the risk buying from this horrible HORRIBLE dealership PLEASE! More
