Autos of Dallas' business model comes close to making the experience enjoyable. There were no gimmicks, no hassles, no hidden surprises and NO LONG WAITING TIMES - you know the ones, those times where you are left for hours sitting in an uncomfortable club chair in a waiting area that smells of stale coffee where you are forced to watch HGTV with other car buyers who are just as frustrated with having to sit around waiting on a sales or finance person as you are. There was NONE OF THAT!!! I went in, approached a salesperson (Bob Tauber - great guy BTW), told him the car I was interested in, he went to get it, I test drove it, liked it, bought it... all in two hours - start to finish!!! When does that ever happen!? This was a GOOD EXPERIENCE. Autos of Dallas will definitely be the first place I look to when I need to purchase another car. This was REMARKABLE! More
