Sales focused, period I almost gave one star but I do love the car I bought. Bought a 2016 BMW X3 in May. Salesperson never told me that there was only ONE key fob for the I almost gave one star but I do love the car I bought. Bought a 2016 BMW X3 in May. Salesperson never told me that there was only ONE key fob for the vehicle til the papers were signed. Might been nice to tell me as there were other X3's on the lot and fobs are $300+. Car came without a rear license plate mounting bracket, hidden by the paper temp tag. Didn't find out til my tags came and I couldn't put them on. Asked for an owner's manual, was told they would order me one. Called the manager today and found it wasn't ordered. Love the car, but I won't buy there again. Too focused on selling, not enough focus on making sure the customer gets all the information needed and is taken care of. More
