Finally I reached out to a salesman and he said his name was Mark. I ask him could he help me and he said that I had to sign in at the front desk first. Once I signed in he said that he could help me. Then a white family walked in and immediately the salesman name Mark went to the white family and I heard him whisper to this family that I am not going to help THIS GUY you are first. He came to me very abruptly and said that he was busy and Mitch can help you. Wow maybe mark does not like helping black men! By the way tell Mark that I am not a THIS GUY I am black man who is educated and has a good job and I am a VETERAN of the United States Air Force. I started working with Mitch Daniels. I told Mitch that I was interested in the the 2017 BMW X5 xDrive35i. I told him that I would like to do a test drive. I told him that the stock#. He brought me the vehicle and gave me the keys and told me to enjoy my test drive. The test drive went very well. I told Mitch that I would like to do a test drive on some other vehicles and he said there may not be enough time. I was thinking its 1:00PM CST and how can there not be enough time to do another test drive. This was bad customer service or a continuation of bad customer service! Mitch finally brought me the keys to another BMW that I was looking at and when I came back I saw that he was helping another family and to busy to help me. So for the second time in the same day a salesman at Autos of Dallas did not have time to help me even though they were helping me first. This is really bad customer service and as a customer and a veteran of the United States Air Force I think that I deserve better than this. I ask Mitch what cylinder was the BMW and he did not know. Mitch next time a customer ask you a question about a vehicle if you don't know then just ask someone who does. Also I know as a salesperson you want to get a lot of sales and nothing wrong with that. But if you keep leaving customers to help other customers that walk in the door how many customers are you losing or gaining? If you get two sales but you lose TEN customers, you do the math. I told Mitch that I was already approved by Navy Federal Credit union. Your lot has a lot of nice vehicles and nothing wrong with offering a good product. Take time to help your customers especially when they are trying to give you money! Dont leave your customers stranded walking around on your lot because you are chasing every potential customer! Amazing support and very friendly sales person I inquired about a Jaguar via internet, within 10 minutes Selwyn Smith emailed me/called me/texted me. He was amazing, very patient and listened to me I inquired about a Jaguar via internet, within 10 minutes Selwyn Smith emailed me/called me/texted me. He was amazing, very patient and listened to me. He knew what I wanted and did all he could. I came in with my wife and 2 kids and made our experience fast and prompt. WORST SALESMAN (Graham Flinn) and dealer ever. Asked for a used car in Wed 29/1 morning and it took him 53 hrs to call me back!!! He said he was on the meeting:) Fine! Finally, Graham gave me a call on Fri a used car in Wed 29/1 morning and it took him 53 hrs to call me back!!! He said he was on the meeting:) Fine! Finally, Graham gave me a call on Fri 31/1 around 5pm. Know what, he told me that car was sold! And he said he gave me a better deal with another same car but different color and cheaper. I am not blind, dude. I like the black not that old cheap blue! Also, the finance guy Will Schmidt is rude! He talked to me like he gave me a favor by return my call! "No, there is no negotiation. This is a used car. If you want discount go buy a new one" :) Ok guys if you don't wanna sell cars just put the sign on. I can't understand why they're still doing business and got some good rate after gave terrible services to a lot of customers. Don't do any business with them! More

Terrible experience. They are sleazy used car salesmen I had a terrible experience with Autos of Dallas. I drove in from out of town to buy a Jag F-type in cash with the plan of driving it back that same d I had a terrible experience with Autos of Dallas. I drove in from out of town to buy a Jag F-type in cash with the plan of driving it back that same day. They couldn't get brakes fixed in a timely manner so I had to walk to a hotel for them to fix the next day. The next day they still couldn't get it fixed so the had to deliver it several days later. I ended up spending additional cash on hotels and a rental back home. Autos of Dallas delivered it about 4 days. I drove it and the car started overheating 5 minutes into the drive. I tried multiple times to call these people and even texted the salesman. They basically told me I was on my own and needed to have car towed to the local dealership. Well, it was closed so I had to have it towed to my house, and then towed again to the dealership in the morning. The next morning, the local dealership was very kind and helpful and wanted to speak to Autos of Dallas, without success. I spoke to Autos of dallas about the snafus from the previous night, and their response was that I should have called Jaguar for the tow so it would be free (how was I supposed to know this???) and as far as any other work on the car, it was in warranty so the local dealership will fix it and they had no further responsibility. Look, I get it, and they're not wrong , but they had a total callous attitude to my troubles, even after their spiel when they were selling me the car that Autos of Dallas was "different" in that they took care of their customers even after purchase. That's B.S. They couldn't care less about me. And this was the second (and last) car I've bought from them! The car was fixed and detailed from the local dealership. I spoke to Autos fo Dallas to see if any resolution could be made from this horrible experience. I had purchased this car on the 1 year anniversary of the death of my son, to maybe help ease some of the grief. Well this experience just added to it. I spoke to Selwyn and Josh who told me they'd speak to their general manager to see what could be done. I had spent hundreds of dollars on hotels, car rentals, and towing on this deal. General manager told Josh Autos of Dallas would give back $100. I was so disgusted about their incredibly callous response that I told them to keep it. Ultimately what I learned is that despite all the promises Autos of Dallas makes during the sale of the car, in the end I should have realized they were nothing more than used car salesmen. They want the most money out of you that they can. Despite promises that they will take care of you after the sale, I am living proof they cannot get you off their books as fast as they can. Remember, Autos of Dallas are used car salesmen, nothing more, and there ultimately is no difference in their business objective than even the seediest used car salesman in any city. More

My car buying experience at Autos of Dallas was great back in 2015 which lead me to return expecting the same experience in 2019. This didn’t happen this time. Let me start by saying that “Mike”the deale back in 2015 which lead me to return expecting the same experience in 2019. This didn’t happen this time. Let me start by saying that “Mike”the dealership owner tries very hard to fix things that are wrong. However, this time I had the worst sales person ever! He rushed the deal and over looked some important details which caused me to have to return the car to the dealership more than once and be out of the car for nearly 2 weeks. Incompetence at its finest! “Emmanuel”gave me the run around which inconvenienced my entire life. So 2months later I still have not received my plates only to be dismissed by the dealership supervisor “Josh”because they couldn’t find my plates. Neither could they assist me in why my check engine light was on! Now I have to further inconvenience my life and sit at tax office for 2 hours to get a replacement plates. Then to the Infiniti dealership to see why my light is on only after having the truck 2 months! I’m so aggravated with the whole experience! Make sure if you buy here you take a careful look at the car before buying and choose a sales person with good reviews and not some random sales person that doesn’t have any reviews on being a good sales rep!
