Professional and courteous right from the start. I walked in after finding a vehicle online and decided to see what Autos Of Dallas was about. I had never heard of them before but they had the vehicle I'd been looking for. I was lucky enough to get to work with Bob Tauber for the car buying process. I told him I didn't want to be there all day just to buy a car and boy did he deliver. After finding the vehicle I wanted he went to work. He was not pushy and didn't feel like an overbearing used car salesman. The finance team was equally great to work with and was very responsive to my questions and needs. I was pleasantly surprised how great the whole process was. They also made sure the vehicle was exactly how I wanted it before selling me the car and took care of each issue and concern I had. I'm glad I walked in and took a chance, it was definitely worth it. More
Anthony at Autos of Dallas couldn’t have been more courteous or professional. I had been looking for a specific model, and he made sure I found exactly what I wanted. They have a wonderful “no haggle” policy and you know the “real” price going in. And they are fair on trade-in pricing. Anthony made the entire process so easy. Absolute worst experience. I’m 8 months pregnant, trying to get a larger vehicle. First sales rep I spoke to, Chad, said they were giving me bare minimum for my trade, when KBB and NADA said my vehicle was to get a larger vehicle. First sales rep I spoke to, Chad, said they were giving me bare minimum for my trade, when KBB and NADA said my vehicle was work atleast 1-2k more. Did not request to see pictures and investigate as to what was all included on my vehicle. I requested a new sales rep and they gave me Christopher. I was told on Thursday that I was approved for a vehicle, and I asked if I could see the numbers as to where we were at so that I could make downpayment and sign. They kept pushing me off, and said I would get all information in a few hours. This was a time frame of Thursday and Friday. Thursday Christopher said I could put $500 down just to show bank that I’m putting money, which I said I’d put 4K down. But they refused to show me any numbers. Such as rate, term, monthly payment etc. so I just requested that they send that to me and they did not. They said the banks system was down. So I call Saturday morning because the finance manager and the sales rep didn’t contact me and he told me they sold the car out from under me. Mind you, he says they sold it at 5pm Friday, but we communicated that evening as to waiting for manager to call me. I only allowed my credit to be pulled for this specific vehicle. Never contacted me or informed me that someone else was interested. As I said, waited (as sales rep informed me) for the finance manager to finalize and call me. Overall I would not recommend this dealership. For one they have no care for their customers, called me pet names, both the sales rep and the finance manager, such as honey, sweetie, doll, etc, which was super unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. All work was done over the phone. i can guarantee you that if a man had called, the dealers representatives wouldn’t have called him pet names or treated him as such. They will treat you unfair and will waste your time and build your hopes up just to tear it down. More

Drove a fantastic 2017 BMW 540 M with all options that had a fair price. First offer on trade in was low. Went down the road to CarMax for price. Got a text that my trad in value was being increased $500. had a fair price. First offer on trade in was low. Went down the road to CarMax for price. Got a text that my trad in value was being increased $500. Went back to make a deal. When presented with the contract to sign the "Finance Guy" pointed to the bottom line and told me to write a check for that amount. No explanation of the line items. When I questioned a $699 add that had never been discussed he said "we charge that on all cars". Went to sales manager and told him the sales consultant never mentioned the $699 and it was an undisclosed price increase that had never been discussed. Sales manager told me it was on their webpage. It was not. Then he told me there was a general disclaimer about pricing. There was not. Sales manager did get general manger to show me the general disclaimer about pricing and he also could not find their fall back general disclaimer. Both agreed the $699 "fee" was not on the webpage and had not been disclosed. If you want to get screwed for $699 give them a chance to take your money and they probably will.
