I was given only 1 key for my vehicle and wasn’t told until I was walking out to my car. They were supposed to give me information on the second key, but no response. I call the salesman he never called back. I drove a hour in and tried talking to LJ. He said that’s how they do business and said I don’t listen and to get out????? He lost his cool at me after he kept telling me I am not listening. I told LJ it is really that he is not listening. I guess if your a manager you can just throw people out. It was the most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed. He actually tried to intimidate me and talk down to me. WOW! I hope someone who cares about there business reaches out as LJ was ridiculous today. Lost me business and anybody that will listen. Poor customer service More

Bob Tauber, was a pleasure to work with. 100% professional and courteous. This was my first time purchasing here and Bob has been upfront and honest all along when it came to the vehicle. There was a part that was still waiting to be shipped from Mercedes, Bob made sure to call me as that part arrived later after the purchase and had the part installed. Not having to follow up from my end was a relief. All in all, I highly recommend Bob as a wonderful sales man, who is upfront, honest and courteous. The dealership itself offers some very nice cars, mostly luxury high end vehicles at a very competitive price, I found my 2017 GLS450 priced pretty reasonably compared to vroom.com or carmax.com for example. The dealership also has a strict no haggle price policy, so if you are someone who loves to negotiate, this one's not for you. Keep up the great work Autos of Dallas and Bob! More
