From: Car Gurus (online searching) Time: We spent 2 agonizing weeks dealing with out of state dealerships who couldn’t seal the deal. Right when we were about to give up our hunt we found the suv we were looking for through Autos of Dallas Plano. I kid you not we literally read all reviews and let me just say… it was scary reading all the mediocre reviews! Unbelievably we got in contact with Bob and let us just say he went Above and beyond for us. By above and beyond we mean: endless texts, calls, video calls, interior showing, exterior showing the whole nine yards and then some! He is very easy to talk to, he listens (like seriously) listens to all our wishlists and he provided us with extraordinary details and answers! Here’s my advice on purchasing a use vehicle : Please understand we all work hard for our money. But when purchasing a vehicle we must alter our minds to understand that use vehicles will have signs of aging, scratches, scuffs and occasionally a ding here and there. If you can go into use car shopping with this mentality your journey will not be stressful and your reality will be more believable than to knick pick a scratch or scratches here and there! Nothing a car wash detailing can’t do! Now with that being said let’s move on to the next paragraph. Bob: we can’t thank you enough for over exceeding our expectations, having the car ready and pristine for my husband to fly to Dallas and to drive our vehicle back. You really went the extra mile for us and your courtesy should be recognized by Autos of Dallas founder Sami Aqqad. With employees like you, you truly make car purchasing a total breeze. Our rates were perfect, our down payment went where it should and everything was transparent and clear as it should! Our suv came home and our kids love our choice! You accommodated our kind requests and you not only put yourself in a buyers position but you treated us like we weren’t just your commission for the month and we loved that soo much!! My only regret is wasting 2 weeks of foolery with out of state dealerships when we could’ve just went from Houston to Dallas. Everything in our vehicle and outside of vehicle were exactly like the pictures online. No gimmicks and definitely no photoshop cleaning!! True miles, true details and not a lot of dealerships will post 100% true images without photo enhancements. To anyone reading this as you googled reviews to read, please don’t let those mediocre reviews detour you from purchasing your vehicle from Autos of Dallas! Now I can’t guarantee you’ll receive Bob as your superb salesman but you can DEFINITELY ASK FOR BOB if you want A-Z service! Bob if you’re reading this I hope you will receive TOP SALES MANAGER, TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A HUGE PAY RAISE ALONG WITH A PLAQUE OF YOUR PICTURE ON THE DEALERSHIP WALL!! This dealer sells cars who are serviced by inexperienced technicians. Do not buy a car from here and if you do be SURE to buy the warranty. BUT you must make sure the warranty lets you get your car serviced technicians. Do not buy a car from here and if you do be SURE to buy the warranty. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me, the warranty I bought at the dealership required me to get the car serviced from autos of dallas. I’m 100% sure they have absolutely destroyed my cars engine. They have even suggested a new engine for my car but whenever it comes down to it with the warranty they always end up backing out. My car was in the shop for close to 2 months bc of an oil leak… once I finally pick it up there oil light comes on as I’m driving home. I took my car to the manufacturer to get some real answers and they said the car is still leaking oil and I need a new catalytic converter. This place is one huge SCAM!! More

I really wanted the Tonale, but had decided against it because of the information I had received at a different dealership. After learning I had been misinformed, I wanted to know more about the Tonale. Bob answered every question I asked and told me more about the two models. His patience, knowledge, and enthusiasm made the difference. I agreed to take a test drive where all my hesitations about the Tonale evaporated; I was hooked. As I said before, Bob Tauber is what all auto salesmen should be: pleasant, a good listener, knowledgeable, transparent, and NO pressure. I have bought a dozen cars throughout my life, and I have encountered many types of dealerships. The most common is the one who thinks the more pressure the better their bottom line. The second most common divide their customers by sex and age. They have a different spiel for men and for women as well as for the elderly and the youthful. Even if the customer is viewing the same vehicle, the information and the treatment will be formed because of the dealership's view of their customers. Unfortunately, what they hear and what they pay is not the same. I am old and female, but that did not affect the purchase at this dealership. The third type is almost predatory. They view their potential buyers as fair game, and their approach is to spew so much verbiage their customer will eventually give in--often to misinformation about the car or about the budget needed. This is not a predatory dealership. I marvel how easy it was to buy the Tonale at this dealership in comparisons to my previous car purchases. I have often had second thoughts about whether I should have purchased what I wanted. I left this dealership in my new Tonale and I have had no regrets. The dealership is, indeed, fortunate to have such a passionate employee as Bob Tauber. More
