This was one of the worst experience buying a car ever! First off the salesman could didn't have a clue about the car I wanted couldn't answer any questions. The first car I wanted someone had cut the tint on the front windows. I told him about it and he said that I could pay to get it fix. This was on a 21 Lexus! The 2nd car I test drove was on empty and I was only able to drive it down the block in fear I may run out of gas. So i decided on a car and was told pretty much that I wouldn't be able to use my own lender that If i wanted it that day I had to use one theirs. On top of that they charged me an extra $1400 for the premium package. Told me it was an anti theft chip for $800 which wasn't sure since Lexus app tells you where your car is and a $600 tile device that I could put in my keys so I could find if I lost them . So i get on Amazon to check out this fancy device I paid for and they have it for sale for $26!!!! So the finance guy calls with the numbers telling me our interest rate on a 2020 with great credit was almost 5%. Needless to say I am now having to refinance my vehicle with my bank with an interest rate of less than 3%. They didn't wipe off the sticky red candy i had specifically asked the day before, the car wasn't ready like I was told it would be either. Only thing good about this dealership is they gave me a full tank of gas and the young F & I guy that was honest with me. More

Bob was wonderful, patient, and willing to bring around any car I wanted to see despite the crazy heat of the summer. Jacob Rosales in their finance department is arrogant, dismissive, and will try to scalp you on the rates. Go somewhere else to buy a car! These guys are shysters, and you have to pay an extra $1,600 for dismissive, and will try to scalp you on the rates. Go somewhere else to buy a car! Thought I was getting a deal #1 but wasn’t!!! That $1,500 luxury advantage fee is a rip off. The car I bought has a repainted bumper and now the paint is chipping. I texted my salesman about the problem but he hasn’t even gotten back to me ( it’s been 4-5 days). There were two small chips in the windshield as well that I had to pay $120 to have fixed. Next but certainly not atleast, I thought when you buy a new car it’s supposed to have a full tank of gas?! At the bare minimum atleast a half tank? NOPE! it has a quarter of tank so I had to fill it up. The Mercedes also didn’t have floor mats inside of it as well so once again I had to order some of my own mind you I just bought the car a week ago. THIS IS MY LAST TIME WORKING WITH AUTOS OF DALLAS! KEVIN & CRISTIAN PLZ DO BETTER NEXT TIME!! More
