My experience at Autos of Dallas was overall a great experience. Could it have been better yes. At least here you get some for those fees from what was explained to me. You get key fob replacement plan, car tracker capabilities, and a little added lost / stolen reimbursement . Bob was great and fast with response time got my car cleaned and paint protector application applied fast. Cons Finance is slow as aways. But i have had worse. Started working with one finance personnel in the middle he just left and never came back and some guy I had no idea who he was took over. Im old school start something see it thru. More

We recently had the pleasure of working with a true auto sales professional, Bob Tauber. Having only pictures, car descriptions and history to go on from the internet, We decided to call. The purchase of a car is nerve wracking enough, when you’re sitting at a dealership. Much more so, when purchasing one over the phone, sight unseen. It took about a week from the first phone call, to receiving delivery of the vehicle. So there were many emails & phone conversations that took place on this purchase. Bob walked us through every step, the entire process, without exasperation from our bazillion questions. He was always good natured, witty, with a great sense of humor that alleviated any anxiety experienced, when things unexpected arose.
