UPDATE 2/10/2023 Gus the service manager called and apologized for how long ;75+ days, my newly purchased MB CLA 250 has been in service without providing me updates. Bottom line he said the car is a lemon and despite selling me on the fact the car only needed a sensor, he said the car can not be fixed. Gus said he would talk with management to potentially return my money or produce another car of equal value to replace the car I had for 7 days. I asked Gus to have management call me with options anytime after 5pm on 2/10/23. No call yet. I'll post again to update shortly. I am hoping this is a reputable business and will fix this problem they caused by sell an unfit car. 2/7/2023 I purchased a car on Monday November 24th, 2022. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, I test drove it and told the sales person the transmision was hesitating. The sales person told me the car needed a new sensor and that when it arrived I would bring the car back in for service. The car broke down within a week (still under warrenty). I was first told the car needed a new transmision and then a new engine. Now more than two months have gone by and I have called the service department trying to receive an update. No call back, no update, no car. Thankfully, they gave me a loaner but no other communication. I have nothing bad to say abut this compant accept the service department is very unprofessional because they do not return phone calls. My car has been with the service department for 70-days. Please call me with an updated ETA. Thank you. More
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! !!! DEALER FROM xxxx. First the salesman promised 3 key features that he said were included when I purchased the vehicle that were not actually on !!! DEALER FROM xxxx. First the salesman promised 3 key features that he said were included when I purchased the vehicle that were not actually on the vehicle when it was delivered to my home in Austin. I was completely mislead, and they refused to do anything to make it right. The sunroof also doesn't function correctly which they did not disclose. Second, at the end of the buying process, dealer put in a surprise 1,500 dollar fee, not included on any of the advertised sales prices, disguised as something called a "luxury advantage package", which provided nothing of value and I was not allowed to opt out of it. Finally, the dealer has still not sent me the registration, permanent license plates OR the title to the car, despite me providing all the necessary paperwork over a month ago, and with my temp plates about to expire. It is astonishing that a deal could be this dishonest. I filed an official complaint with the TX DOT and they are currently investigating them. More

Confirmed availability of two vehicles, both through Cars.com and over the phone. The phone call was 20 minutes before arriving at the dealership, which is 5 hours from our home. We arrived, and Pita ou Cars.com and over the phone. The phone call was 20 minutes before arriving at the dealership, which is 5 hours from our home. We arrived, and Pita our salesperson whom we had just spoken with, had left for lunch. We were then informed that both vehicles were sold. Again, this news coming 20 minutes after availability was confirmed. This was an obvious case of bait and switch & and a total waste of an entire day. Highly unprofessional, totally unethical, and borderline criminal. Don't waste your time a this dealership!! More

Omg just don’t do it. Trae is awful literally the worst salesmen ever.
