Ahead of time, I told the salesperson we were short on time, provided the exact stock numbers of the vehicles we wanted to test drive, and scheduled an appointment. Despite all of that, none of the vehicles were ready when we arrived. I came in fully aware of the negative equity on my current vehicle and financially prepared to handle it. I also had my own financing and every intention of not leaving in the vehicle I arrived in. This should have been a straightforward sale. Instead, after hours of delays, I was never shown real numbers, lender terms, or a transparent breakdown. I was simply told my only options were to take on an additional vehicle or put $14,000 down, with no documentation or explanation. That’s not transparency — it’s pressure. This is the first time I’ve ever gone to a dealership, fallen in love with a vehicle, and walked away without buying it — entirely due to poor preparation, lack of honesty, and zero respect for the customer’s time. Autos of Dallas lost what should have been a guaranteed sale. If you value professionalism, clear communication, and not having your time wasted, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. More

I purchased a 2023 BMW X7 from Auto of Dallas on December 3rd, and the entire process has been nothing but dishonesty, broken promises, and zero acco I purchased a 2023 BMW X7 from Auto of Dallas on December 3rd, and the entire process has been nothing but dishonesty, broken promises, and zero accountability. First red flag: within 24 hours of owning the car, my BMW app showed an “Urgent Power Supply Check Up” fault that BMW records confirm had been active two days BEFORE the sale. That means Auto of Dallas knowingly sold me a vehicle with a serious pre-existing electrical problem and said NOTHING. When I brought the car back on December 6th, instead of fixing it, I was told to “just drive it and the codes will drop off.” They didn’t. The vehicle is STILL malfunctioning. Second red flag: part of my signed deal included four brand-new matching tires. Omar told me they would be ordered immediately. It’s been days and I still have no order confirmation, no date, no appointment, nothing—just excuses. Third red flag: the dealership claimed the car passed a 52-point inspection, but they never provided the inspection documentation, never gave me a Carfax, and clearly never addressed the electrical issues that existed BEFORE I bought the car. Auto of Dallas is quick to take your money, but when something is wrong, they give you the runaround, avoid responsibility, and hope you’ll just accept the problems. This is NOT how a reputable dealership operates. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic customer service, look elsewhere. This place has been nothing but headaches, empty promises, and misleading sales tactics. Buy at your own risk. More

Drove 3 hours to buy a vehicle (which I had 4 to look at) Guess they don't know what customer service is or want to sell a vehicle! Salesman stated cant view a vehicle without your contact info and license. I said no let me talk to your manager. I told the sales manager I wanted to speak to him about the way his sales people are treating customers and he didnt seem to care. I told him the salesman demanded my contact info and license before he would ever show me Jeep. He stated that's our policy we don't know who you are you could be sketch. So that's our policy brother. All dealer ships around here do that. I have NEVER had a dealer ask for my info especially my license just to see a vehicle.. Test drive yes I can understand that.. I said you lost a sale your policy ridiculous and walked out. He did care at all. Next dealer didn't ask for any info nor an ID. The final dealer (that I purchased a Jeep from) only needed my ID to test drive. I would give a hard pass to this dealer even if they were giving away a Lambo. Save your time and hassle! More

BUYERS BEWARE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. DECEPTIVE. Recently bought a 2024 BMW from Shane Carlisle, the manager, and it a re-purposed damaged car with multiple problems. He said the dealership would take care of it, but he won't answer or return calls. There are too many honest dealerships out there to keep this one in business.
