When Kat stepped away. I asked Derrick several questions. He was and is extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. Kat impressed me with her honesty. She informed me that this was second profession and her week 2 on job. Derrick positive energy and confident put my mind at ease to make the purchase. Love my vehicle, but the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. When I first inquired about the vehicle, it took several days for Moe to respond. Upon purchasing the vehicle, it wasn' been extremely disappointing. When I first inquired about the vehicle, it took several days for Moe to respond. Upon purchasing the vehicle, it wasn't clean, and I was asked to return the following week for detailing. I ended up sitting in their showroom for three hours, only for Moe to apologize as even he was embarrassed by the quality of the detail work. It was a complete waste of my time. Moe then suggested I get the car detailed myself and assured me they would reimburse the cost. This meant another inconvenience as I had to go out of my way, hire, and pay for a detailer upfront, taking another three hours out of my day. After detailing, I forwarded the receipt on 11/15. On 11/18, Moe said he would pass it to his manager, but I never heard back. I made another trip out of my way to the dealership on 12/4, only to be told the manager was at lunch or had left for the day, and my reimbursement would be mailed. Following up again, I texted Moe on 12/17 since he doesn't check his emails, but received no response. After texting him again today, still no response. I have left several messages with the main desk, with no response. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, overshadowing the enjoyment of my new vehicle. More
Their website had a the vehicle I was looking for, at a price I was willing to pay. Drove an hour and a half to test drive it on Sat Dec 7. Called on 12/10 to get an out the door price and get the process started to purchase. I was told on 12/13 that was not available but a similar one was at a similar price. I then asked for the out the door price on that vehicle and gave them my information to get the process started (big mistake). Then the frustration began. In the last 2 weeks I have been transferred and hung up on 3 times, spoke with and or texted 4 different people, been told that you are required to have their "lux" package at a cost of $2,500 (which was being generously reduced to $1,998), that you must come in for an in person interview for credit after I was told I was approved from multiple lenders. On top of that the vehicle was listed on the website at $25,880 and I have received "Out the Door prices" of $24,880, $26,878, $28,953, $30,553 and $33,953. They have submitted 5 hard inquires and I finally told them to "stop we are done" only to receive another call to "go over numbers" I can not stress enough my complete frustration with this dealership. Strongly recommend avoiding at all costs. More

Ok The start was great. They had a car that I wanted listed for $29190. I figured that all I owed was tax, title, and licensing. WRONG!!!!!!! They hit you up for $1998 for an accessories fee not advertised. What are they you ask? Well let me tell you. An extra key fob as I was told you only get one with the purchase. Windshield chip or star repair (this part of compensation insurance for free), ding and dent repair and GPS locator service worth $1000 dollars. The best rated GPS tracking service costs $10.00 a month. That would cost $240.00 dollars max, and I found other services for less. Plus they threw different various valuation for the car trying to make you think you are getting a better deal than what they offer on paper. I just want you to be aware of the old bait an switch that is going on here. More

if you ask me if I would buy a car at autos of dallas I would say no, the purchase process was normal, the nightmare began later, they gave me the car at 3pm I went out to put the insurance at 3:30 I put g would say no, the purchase process was normal, the nightmare began later, they gave me the car at 3pm I went out to put the insurance at 3:30 I put gas in and the check engine light came on, it turned out that the engine oil pump had problems, they gave me a temporary car for 2 weeks, I came back and they didn't do anything to the car, they lied to me saying that I only had low coolant, luckily my bank didn't approve the loan until I was satisfied, if the bank had paid they wouldn't have taken responsibility for anything they treated me with lies and I consider that if we were going to make an investment in a car no matter how small the purchase value is they should be honest with you in the end we canceled the contract and to finish I needed work material in the truck that they were supposed to be fixing in short they stole part of my property, Honesty is what is most valuable in the end. My recommendation is to take the car you are going to buy and have a complete diagnosis done because with that you have proof of everything. Don't do it at the dealer, do it at your trusted workshop. The staff is very friendly, but the dealer leaves a lot to be desired. If you ask me if I recommend them, no, I don't. More
