We called multiple times to ask if everything was in place and we're told t was to find out that they were still waiting on things and no one was communicating. Also our bill of sale was wrong and having to pay $500 for that and it be wrong was a bit frustrating. More

Worst dealership I would not recommend this business at all. My wife and I drove 2hours each way to the show room to test drive a $29,000 SUV. During the test drive a loud clanking metal sound was heard coming from the rear of the vehicle. They asked us to take it for another ride with their lead mechanic. Although he was unable to identify the exact issue he did say that the issue would need to be addressed by the Lincoln company. This is because it was still under factory warranty. When we went back into the show room the salesman Derek and his sales manager Anna apologized many times to us. Despite The issue my wife and I were still interested in purchasing the car. Of course we would need the issue to be resolved first we said. We asked if they would take a deposit to hold the vehicle and they said no. Instead we would have to pay full price and buy the SUV before the defect was fixed. Obviously we were uncomfortable purchasing a vehicle for 29,000 that had an unidentifiable defect. The vehicle spent two weeks at the Lincoln dealership getting diagnosed and repaired. During this time I stayed in touch with the salesman Derek by email. He provided me with three updates before calling me to Inform me the car was ready. That call came on a Tuesday afternoon and we scheduled a time on Friday to test drive the vehicle before purchase. In my last correspondence he said that he would be contacting me at noon to confirm our appointment. Needless to say I did not receive a phone call or email from Derek. Instead we had to call the dealership to confirm our appointment. During that call we learned that the car had sold on Wednesday. My wife and I were very disappointed learning that the car had sold. We were both were under the impression that we would have the opportunity to buy the vehicle when it was returned to the dealership. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership. Not only did they try to sell us a defective car but we cannot confirm the car was even fixed. Even if you can overlook the fact that they were trying to sell us a defective car above all else their customer service is very poor. It was made very clear to myself and my wife that our business, time and satisfaction we're not a priority of Anna the sales manager or the direct auto mall. More

Great service. More than I expected for service! I came to this dealership from another dealership that didn't treat me very well. They staff was courteous, professional, and so much more engaging than the three previous dealerships I visited.
