I was expecting the worst out of it due to the fact that a lot of dealership seem to take advantage but My experience with direct auto mall was great. I was expecting the worst out of it due to the fact that a lot of dealership seem to take advantage but it wasn't like that at Direct auto mall, as soon as I arrived, the sales contestant took me in and showed me the vehicle I had seen online for a great deal and a great price, and that's exactly how it turned out to be, the only issue I had was the wait time and my car seems to have an odor from a precious owner that I can't seem to get rid off, but overall the experience was amazing and I can't thank my sales contestant Angie for all her help. I had already been recommending people about this place because they did a very good job with working with me. More

Everyone was very professional and my wife and I specifically enjoyed the experience of being left to view then vehicles on our own prior to speaking to anyone. It was this portion of our experience which got us in the door and once we met Derek the deal was sealed. There was only one aspect of my experience specifically with Direct Auto Mall I did not enjoy and that is their policy that the salesperson has to be one to deliver the car to us in order to receive the commission for the sale. Our schedules did not align to our convenience to receive our vehicle when needed so we had to bother someone else for a ride to the dealership to take delivery. Once my wife had arrived at the dealership she quickly spoke to our sales person but then another person actually went over the car with her prior to driving off the lot. My review of Direct Auto Mall would be 5 stars if it weren't for this inconvenience towards the end of our deal. This has nothing to do with Derek as a salesperson and I would definitely recommend him for your vehicle search. More
