I first talked to the internet department with a Kaitlin K. She was not only helpful in setting me up with my local office, but relayed to my salesperson, Rodney, the research I had already done on Carfax, Edmunds. I explained to them what sort of vehicle my family needed. When I got to the lot, the vehicle that I wanted to test drive was all ready for me, so there was no wait. Rodney H. was very professional, well spoken, and more than that, personable. During the test drive, he remained relatively quiet, letting me "play" with the car without distraction. When we got down to brass tacks, Rodney did not play any of the games that many salesman play such as "going and talking with the boss" 3 times in order to waste your time, since they know (or think they know) that the longer you are there you have more time invested in buying the vehicle. Our "haggling" was brief, and the price was very close to the Edmond's value plus the adjustment for the CarFax vehicle history. The financier, Bill, was quick and efficient, pulled our 800+ credit rating in about two seconds, and got us a very good rate (lower than my mortgage) that I took even though I was intending to pay cash. Mr. Danny Haithcock, whom I worked with for just a bit, was also Oklahoma friendly. He struck me as the kind of guy who gives back to his community by being a baseball coach, a good father, and a good judge of what kind of service a potential seller wants. The only thing that could have been better was the vehicle had uneven tire wear on one tire which I didn't notice until I got it home. I doubt seriously the dealership even noticed it, and the tire was still in very good shape (no bulging, nothing usafe) In fact, they may have already fixed the alignment since it drives very straight. Peanuts in buying a used car. Way better than any other dealership I've worked with in Oklahoma City area. More

When i got the initial email from Lilian I thought "Ok, here we go again" and prepared myself for another nightmare. When I got Automax Hyundai in Dell City I was brought to Lilian and she was very pleasant. Lilian knew what vehicle I was looking for before I came in from the email she received from Truecar. She did the best she could to locate the vehicle I was looking for but could not locate it but gave me a like vehicle with more options for the same price. There were no other dealers going back and forth trying to pressure me into purchasing a vehicle I didn't want for more money. I dealt with one person from start to finish and she took very good care of me during the time I was there. I was sooooo thankful for the amazing experience and not having to deal with the shady sharks at the previous dealership I had been to. I would recommend Automax Hyundai of Del City to any friend or family member. Thank you Automax you are a 5 star business and I will be back when I purchase my next vehicle. More

They got my interest at the right time and did everything they promised. Made suggestions to sweeten the deal even before I had given it a thought. Doug jumped it and said hey we can put leather in there if you like at no extra charge. Ken was understanding of my wife's needs and was always careful to not say he could swing something without knowing for sure and we did not have to wait more than a few minutes ever. I had a minor problem and brought it in and they gave me a loaner and my care was fixed promptly. My sister in law is coming to see Ken next she is about ready for another car and knows how pleased we are. Be sure to ask for Ken he kept in contact with me all along and called when he said he would and I know that can take some real effort when you need to be on the sales floor. If you have to wait for him to see you do it you will be glad. More
