Unless your looking for dirty, somewhat beat up, overpriced used vehicles for the condition.......THEN STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!! I asked if there was any damage or repairs and condition of the tires overpriced used vehicles for the condition.......THEN STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!! I asked if there was any damage or repairs and condition of the tires before I took a couple hour drive one way. Quoted response " No it looks in really great condition!" I have never known scratches, a pushed in bumper, and mechanical issues meant great condition! Tires were on last leg and severe vibration rubble in the drive train. Let’s start with the most recent event- my mother purchased a 2022 Tucson in April 2021, and told Bryce and Reggie to give me the DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Let’s start with the most recent event- my mother purchased a 2022 Tucson in April 2021, and told Bryce and Reggie to give me the referral credit. I called and spoke to Bryce who ensured me he would speak to his manager and call me back. He never did. After leaving several messages for manager Sonny Sumner, Bob called me back 2.5 weeks ago and told me he would mail the “bulldog” check, in exchange for me removing my negative review on Facebook, I agreed to do so when the check was received. Here it is 2.5 weeks later, and nothing. My mother took her car in yesterday to get serviced, only to be told they didn’t have enough techs to service her vehicle (she drove from north of Shawnee). I asked her to speak with Bob about the check, and she relayed to me, per Bob, I can drive to Del City (from Tecumseh) and pick it up after my negative review is taken down. I called and spoke with Bob who told me to quit being snotty with him, either remove the negative Facebook review or not get paid, that his supervisor Sonny is unavailable to speak with me, and he then hung up the phone on me. I recorded the conversation due to Bob’s harsh tone and evident inability to keep his word. * On Christmas break my son took my vehicle to this dealership to get my rear passenger seat belt fixed because it wouldn’t buckle. He was told everything works as it should, which it obviously didn’t. I then made an appointment with Automax Hyundai in Norman who saw it had a rock in it, and indeed, would not work as it should! They tried to get it out but were unable. The man at the service counter explained that it wasn’t actually covered under my warranty, but it wasn’t a big deal to order me a new one, and he wanted to take care of me. I greatly appreciate that- but obviously the Del City dealership never even took the time to evaluate the problem. Once Del City has your money, they’re done with you. I hope you find this informative if you still believe in customer service, honesty and integrity. Take your business elsewhere. More

Recall as well as oil change performed on 2016 Hyundai Sonata. These services took about 1 1/2 hours and staff were good. I had also inquired about a non functioning touch screen on my console. Tech checked and determined whole radio unit until must be replaced. This is a very pricy item at just over $2000 with a 2-3 month wait. I am awaiting word to see if my equally as expensive extended warranty purchased from this dealership when I bought this car will cover this repair as it is apparently not a covered item under Hyundai warranty. To say I am a little perturbed about this issue is an understatement. Seems the component should last longer than 5 years and if it fails it ought to be a warranty issue for the “best warranty in the car business”. We shall see what happens but if this is not a warranty covered issue it can stay the way it is because I won’t put that amount. More
Brought my car in for a recall notice. Even though I was half an hour early, the service department took it in immediately and checked it out.
