I was greeted cheerfully by name, and the wait time was much shorter than I expected. As a matter of fact, I did not have time to finish a roll and a cup of coffee when the Service representative came to tell me my car was ready. Kudos for a job well done/. More

Excellent customer care team! Starting with a early Saturday morning call from Lilian Kouri stating she had several vehicles in stock that matched our desired options we have been Starting with a early Saturday morning call from Lilian Kouri stating she had several vehicles in stock that matched our desired options we have been impressed. We were located in Enid (87 miles away) and I already had my day planned. She told me she could have 3 vehicles side by side for me to compare. While I declined initially by noon I had decided to drive to OKC for a look. On arrival we found Lilian busy with someone but she came over and introduced David Kile who was going to show us the vehicles. The one we were most interested in she had parked in the shade so it would be cooler for the test drive. David spent time with us showing several different vehicles and answering our questions. When we were ready to clearly understand the deal he took us inside and we moved quickly to the exact offer and trade-in value. When I said there would not be any papers signed that day because I wanted time to think there was disappointment for no sale but no pressure for me to buy. He gave us his card and we drove back to Enid. On our way off the lot Lilian spotted us and approached to ask us if the color had been unsatisfactory since we had originally asked for red. We told her we just needed time to think. Sunday I had time to actually review what I was doing and to evaluate the promo's being offered on the 2015 Santa Fe we were interested in. I decided that I wanted to pursue the deal. Since the dealership is closed on Sunday I emailed Lilian to state our interest and to call us as soon as she seen our email on Monday. Monday we decided to chance that the car would still be there and we and left from Enid before the dealership opened. Lilian called while we were in route and confirmed the vehicle was there and that she would have it ready. We arrived around 09:30 AM and were leaving the lot around 11:30 AM primarily because of Lilian's help but David again assisted with more demo's & explanations while Lilian gathered paperwork. On the way back in from the demo's Bill Rains (financial) greeted us at the door and asked if we were ready to do the paperwork. The total experience was customer oriented teamwork from all employees. I enjoyed the whole experience. Best yet I was happy that we had beat the expiration of the promo's over the 4th of July. Our thanks to Jerry (Sales manager) and the entire team that assisted us through the weekend. More
