Dealership was able to find a solution to my issue with my Sonata’s touch screen. They ordered me a reconditioned unit after trying for a year to get a factory unit. I would not buy a car from these guys. We found a car online that they had posted for $14,960 on www.automaxhyundai.net. So we called them to verify the car was there, then drove down ther We found a car online that they had posted for $14,960 on www.automaxhyundai.net. So we called them to verify the car was there, then drove down there to look at the car. When we got inside I told them I would take the car at the listed price of $14,960. He made us stand there for about 10-15 minutes which was very strange. When he finally got back he told me the cost of the car was $16,960 plus the Proc/Doc Fee of $599.00 for a total of $17,559.00. They told me the listed price on their website was marked down $2000 and that money could only be used if you had a trade in. That was not listed on their website, and I was not told that on the phone or on the test drive. So the technical term for that is called bait and switch. They get you in the door then switch the deal. These guys are crooks and very dishonest. There are a lot of places in town to buy a car and I would recommend staying away from these crooks. More
