this is my first time to buy a brand new car. Lilian was my dealer and was probably the best saleswoman as far as cars go that ive ever dealt with. Ok, I know I am an idiot for trusting a used car dealership to be honest with me about a car I want to purchase so that fact that I got taken is my fault. At some point in life I would like to find dealership to be honest with me about a car I want to purchase so that fact that I got taken is my fault. At some point in life I would like to find a dealership that I did not have to become a total jerk with in order to get fair trade value and a fair price on a used car. After 1/2 an hour of haggling I finally arrived at a price that was acceptable, only to have the finance guy raise the price another $140 dollars. (should have walked out then) The car had the "check engine" light illuminated and was told it was most likely an O2 sensor and an easy fix. (I know, I should have stopped everything, found a reliable mechanic, and had it checked out) Of course I did not, and now I won't see the car for the next 4 days because it is in the shop with a bill looming @ $1500. The salesman put some gas in the car when we picked it up, but did not tell me the gas door latch was broken and stuffed down into the door panel. (how he got the door open I do not know, but somehow didn't think it necessary to inform me). They changed the oil before I picked up the car, and when I got home I found that the sleeve for the oil dip stick was broken off and the stick was stuck into the side of the engine. (No way that wasn't noticed, but once again completely overlooked) The words "AS IS" are what they are, and again shame on me for trusting someone that is only looking at me as a commission. When I called back to see if any of these problems would be fixed, I was told They were sorry, but would not make any reparations. I was sent an email thanking me for buying the car, and that they hoped I would be a loyal customer due to their 5 star service. I think I will still keep my search alive for a dealership with integrity. More

I had recently purchased a larger, more expensive vehicle at AutoMax but due to budget cut I lost $20,000 in income. This made paying and maintaining the vehicle near impossible. So I went back to AutoMax a at AutoMax but due to budget cut I lost $20,000 in income. This made paying and maintaining the vehicle near impossible. So I went back to AutoMax and they assisted me in trading in and getting a vehicle I could now afford. They were helpful, friendly and made every effort to make this unpleasant situation easier for me. More
