The deal itself took a little time (as deals do) but when all was said and done, I feel I drove home with a great value of a deal. The dealership itself was clean and comfortable with overall friedly staff. This is my second Hyundai from this dealership and I believe that speaks volumes. I had looked at other dealerships and Lillian Okhouri kept in contact with me by returning calls and emails, never pushy. I had been wanting harbor gray and other dealerships/staff promised to call me when one came in but Lillian and Del City Hyundai actually delivered on everything they told me. Lillian had me come back, due to my time constraints,at my earliest convenience and she went over all of the technical wonders of my new car, after all, it has been 9years since my last purchase and I was so greatful to her because she made me feel comfortable about asking any and all questions. I was so glad the dealership had a saleswoman, I'm even going back to let Lillian help me with my soon to be I Phone set up, I knew immediately that she and Del City would have my business. He is always very helpful and always does what he can to get the car I want for the price I can afford. He is always friendly and we even chat when I come in for service on my vehicles. Having him at the dealership allows me to feel comfortable coming back each time to get a new car. I believe this is my 7th Hyundai that I have purchased from the Del City Dealership. It's always good to see a friendly face when making such a big decision like buying another new car. If he wasn't at the dealership, I am not sure I would come back as often. I was given a quote by their internet sales department. The price was great, so I drove 3.5 hours to come see the car. The sales guy was nice, showed me the car, and took me for a test drive. We even briefly discussed the sales price given to me. After looking over the car, we sat down to discuss terms. A few minutes later, the manager comes over and tells me he's not going to honor the price I was quoted. Instead, he gives me a price several thousand more than what I was told. So, we leave. A whole day wasted. Everyone was very nice, but the manager we dealt with was definately not. If you quote a price for something, you should honor that quote (especially if it's in writing). In terms of quality, there were a couple issued with the car that I was concerned about. Of note, the car was inspected by their mechanics prior to being shown. First, the car had a strong vibration when I took it for a test drive. This could have been simply the tire pressure or something major. Second, one of the large hoses in the engine had electrical tape around it. How did that pass their inspection? More
