I have had many bad times dealing with car lots. I hate the pressure and workers always tring to sell me something I either couldn't aford or wasn't even what I needed.Well after talking to lilian she just the pressure and workers always tring to sell me something I either couldn't aford or wasn't even what I needed.Well after talking to lilian she just asked how much and what kind of car I was looking for and then grabbed some keys.we then began to look at cars in my price range and the type of car I was looking for.I never felt any pressure and lilian explained the differents in the cars we looked at.she walked all over the lot showing me the cars I wanted to see at the price I can afford.lilian found the car I needed and made me feel good about my choices.it was the fist time I felt that I could trust her.I never felt like I was being lied too.even after the paper work was signed she still cared about how I felt.I had a look of cofusion on my face and she sat me down to talk about the whole purchace and warranty answered all gujestions I had and made sure I felt good about my purchace.lilian has changed the whole evil car salesman in my book.I have never seen this before most carsalesman try to sell u something you can't pay for the jump to the next person to make a buck.lilian spent many hours making sure I was happy. After checking out dealerships and narrowing down our choices we RETURNED to AutoMax Hyundai in Del city to see Cody Clark again. They didn't have the car we wanted but Cody found one for us and our wait choices we RETURNED to AutoMax Hyundai in Del city to see Cody Clark again. They didn't have the car we wanted but Cody found one for us and our wait wasn't long. They detailed the car while we were doing the paperwork. Cody explained car features and how to use the gadgets. The only complaint we had was the mark-up on the car because "it's a hot seller". This WAS NOT exclusive to AutoMax Del City, the other dealership also had mark-ups. With some negotiation they DID come down on $$$$ for us and we were satisfied. We would recommend this AutoMax dealership to friends and family. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cody was great! From my initial call, received by Lilian, though the negotiations and financing, to the follow-up to correct an error in the sale; have gone better.
